There was actually no one in store but 2 other customers!!
When are they going to realize they need a store on Spartanburg Highway? This is ridiculous. How busy the store always is. They’re making a killing and they can’t build another store. So I’m not changing.

Not meant to be a complaint as the staff is very sharp . Our payment 4/10 off their "terminal" never rang up at the billing center? Got the receipt showing paid and the bank withdrew $110 ! Verizon temporarily closed my account! due to lack of payment?
