First off, thanks for ruining the surprise for my mom. I’m 4 hours away, ordered something to surprise my mom and your driver is too lazy to take a package to a door in an apartment. Some people don’t get many packages so 30/month for a parcel locker is a waste. USPS wonders why business is down… customer service like this will put you out of business

I came to send off forms so I could obtain a passport. Everyone there was super friendly. Some of the items on the paperwork I had filled out incorrectly. The woman in the passport office bent over backwards to make sure that everything was correct and helped me send off everything. The folks there were so great.

I have tried this location 3 times and every time, the employees are awful. I was passive aggressively insulted by a man once and the second time the lady was a grumpy jerk when I asked how she was doing. I would like to remind them that they are public servants and if they don’t like their job, find another.

Had packages undelivered that was expected by 12/2/23 after getting notice it was out for delivery at 6:08am and then tracking says being held at location 7:02 pm per customer request which was false! I never made that request. I got 2 other packages delivered in my mailbox that day so why not these?? I also get other people's mail all the time that I have to put back into mail or I take to the store and tell them. my neighbor brings me pieces of my mail a lot as well. The carrier is rude and apparently very LAZY if he couldn't stop to deliver at my door when box was probably to big for my mail receptacles. People in are ALWAYS very unfriendly and sometimes down right RUDE!

Horrible work ethic followed by total incompetence. Go to any other post office nearby if you actually want your package delivered. This post office doesn't have the intelligence to leave a package on the porch of a house. Over 2 weeks and my package is still sitting in the process center because the carrier wouldn't put the package on the front porch oth the home it was to be delivered to. The processing center is just as bad or worse than the delivery system.

Passport office is poorly managed. Appointments are easily going 15 minutes or more over time solely due to poor instructions on the part of the DOS website and the local office.First, you have to make an appointment with this location, even though this is not specified by the website. So you will only find out about appointments after you make the first trip down. Appointments are booked out for weeks, further delaying your plans.Once you finally get an appointment, expect to wait long past your scheduled time for appointment to commence. This is because the DOS website does a poor job of providing paperwork instructions, causing many to need to redo paperwork on the spot, causing the appointment to drag out. Expect the attending officer to be very rude and short while gaslighting you about what you are certain you read on the DOS website. Expect the officer to rant at you that the website gives a certain instruction about the DS11 form, even when you pull said website up on your phone to prove her wrong.The officer also disappeared multiple times while we trying to handle our paperwork, which meant no one was available to answer our questions as they came up, further dragging out the time.Very unpleasant, unprofessional experience overall.

My mail is not being delivered..it keeps being returned to sender... There are no misspellings, these are bills and correspondences being sent from different banks and individuals who have mailed items to me at this same home and same mailbox before... Nothing has changed; they're just deciding not to deliver them for some reason. On top of that, the phone number to this post office is disconnected

Pure garbage. Scheduled a passport appointment (2 weeks in advance) and planned my entire work schedule around it. Got there and this sign was on the door. I was never contacted to cancel or reschedule; now I have to repeat the process.

Had package say "Out for delivery" Mail person comes by and only puts a letter in the box no package. By end of day they said tried to deliver, held at customer request. Huh? So I called the 1-800 number and representative tells me they have my package at the local branch and if I want it I have to go in person. No explanation, they just don't have the time to deliver it. My mailbox is a huge oversized box and the package could easily fit so why keep it? They don't have to do anything but stop the car and put the package in the box. Nothing special at all. I think our local branch must have badly stressed/overworked/ underpaid employees for this to happen. I want the employees to know that I am sorry for what they are going through and to ask for them to pretty please would sugar on top deliver my package. I truly would appreciate it I've been waiting on it since Jan 2023 and it's now June 2023. So it's been a long wait! Please and thank you!

Cannot expedite change of address as met with multiple scammers and the official site cannot I.D 945 Kanuga Rd in Hendersonville a longstanding addresswe are moving to. USPS is so disorganized and scam bait it's a far cry from paper address change. One party tried to charge my account $49. We are contacting the inspector general office to submit a complaint!

Walked in and get to the person and give him the small package and he asked about the liquid fragile…ect I said no and had to push no on the key pad and then he bypassed being able to clarify the address on his end cause I saw it come up on the keypad. Then when it came time to pay I tried tap and he immediately cancelled the transaction and said yea no tap put your card in. So I do that and bypass the pin and he cancelled the transaction again immediately. Said no you can’t bypass the pin put in your card and do it again. So I do it and use my pin and he says yea it’s nationwide that you have to use the pin with every debit and I reply with is that new because I just came from Maine and I didn’t have to do that. And he replied with “it’s nationwide every single USPS” to which I replied “Maine is apart of the nation” while walking away. The attitude from this man was beyond ridiculous

Employees extremely rude. On multiple occasions I have witnessed the employees be rude to the other customers, even talking loud and down to the customers.Employees at this location do not like to answer questions. Employees at this location are very toxic and unhappy. Packages that are dropped off at this location take a lot longer to start tracking compared to other locations. This location operates very differently then other locations. Just spare yourself the trouble and go to East flat rock location…
