Do not come here for a new phone or to upgrade a phone. You will most likely lose your data. The rep just said it would be restoring from icloud. I tried to explain I don't think it has been backing up to icloud since icloud is full. He didn't listen and instead had us erase the old phone with him and now all of our photos is gone. Also, better to just upgrade online instead.

This company is literal trash. Your bill will fluctuate every month so you'll never know how much you owe.If you ever get behind on your bill and want to end services so you can go elsewhere and pay less- they won't let you. So they just continue to bill you monthly because you fell behind even when you cannot use the phone.They will also set up autopay on your account without ever asking you then insist it's all in their policies without any other explanation .So let me help you explain US cellular: your policies are in order to price gouge people as much as possible and continue to do so indefinitely.

AT&T cut the fixed wireless service in the area with no forewarning or explanation about 3 months ago. They could care less! My area in NE Edneyville had no internet options other than satellite, or so I thought. The satellite is horrible (don't do it!) and will not connect to my work VPN. I felt my job was threatened by lack of internet. Rent an office or resign a state job the only options left. Nothing but absolute despair until I met a 2 teenagers in my neighborhood. I casually asked what internet they had and they said US Cellular. I was skeptical to say the least. My last attempt at Skyrunner was a abject failure with no service. In a last, desperate attempt, I contacted US Cellular in Hendersonville. They were able to tell me that I would likely have good service. Again skeptical, I went to the store and bought the equipment. Needless to say this service has saved me! It works flawlessly and is extraordinary fast! Tanner W. was an expert at the store and the price is exceptional compared to what I was paying AT&T for inferior service in comparison. This service has saved my life and contributes to everyone in Western NC by virtue of my job. I believe there should be a special place in hell for AT&T executives, their uncaring minions, and a special place in heaven for Tanner and US Cellular. They saved my life and career! Please give it a try. They will tell you if it will work or not. I cannot give a stronger recommendation!Price is reasonable- 70.00 with 300 GB60..00 with paper statements and direct pay.Modem is a 1 time charge of around 500.00, but this is interest free over 24 months! I walked out with just paying the tax..I am just a regular person with no previous experience with US Cellular, but Tanner came through with EXCEPTIONAL service when I concluded there were no other options than to rent an office in town! Thank you Tanner!

Well - the iPhone 11 Pro took a dip and is no longer working, and despite having insurance this store refused to assist my wife in filing a claim. They just gave her a number to call. So we called and was told by an automated system to go to a website. So we went to the website. Started filling out everything and lo and behold it requires a MEID number. Well, wife’s phone is on the fritz so I can’t access that, and the claim app gave a number to call to obtain the MEID to continue filing the claim. Called it and was harassed by the automated system on making a payment first to avoid a fee to talk to someone?? Right. So we talk to someone only to be told to go back to the store.So, two stars for now because this is ridiculous. If this store doesn’t make it right then I will update this review with associates names and the manager who is failing to uphold customer service. I mean COME ON, we are paying $$ per month and this store “can’t” help us file a claim? This is an opportunity for customer service and I hope they take advantage of it.

After years with another company, we decided to look at other options. The staff at US Cellular in Hendersonville was highly professional and exceeded my expectations for customer service. Josh the Business Specialist was great to work with and made switching companies very easy.

All they talked about while I was trying to get help was hitting dab pens and seafood and they still didn't help me with what I needed very unprofessional my phone has been messed up from the start from them and they say there's nothing they can do about it!
