The people at the branch were lovely. Customer service on the other hand was obnoxious. Had verified all my account information and names and addresses. Guy wanted to know when last transaction was. I stated it's been so long that I received an account will become dormant letter if we don't make a deposit and still would not help me set up an online profile. Wanted to contact the branch and needed a name. I said we have our mortgage and home equity line with UCB and you are hassling me over an account with $58 in it. Seriously?

I am a local Realtor in town and Carolyn Swanner is always one of my go-to’s for suggesting a loan originator for lending to buyers. She is quick to communicate, very knowledgeable, personable and she gets the job done. I have been very pleased working with Carolyn over the years with getting my buyers to closing. Highly recommend.

Never had an issue at this Branch until today. The Rookie didn’t know how to open a savings account for me. I already had a checking account just wanted to open a savings. Took forever and after she went to two different people to get assistance and she noticed I was ready to walk out, did she finally give me the paperwork to sign and I left. Next time I will ask for an experienced person. I do like the United Community Bank.

Carolyn Swanner two years ago helped me with my new mortgage. She is so friendly and helpful. I’ve called her twice since then. She has been a great asset at the bank.

Bank Member for at least 25 years and recently had my account compromised. In trying to get things right again encountered the mostly incredibly rude bank employee I could have EVER imagined! This was at the Hendersonville Branch. From now on will have as little contact with the bank as possible. This employee took the attitude that it was all my fault and talked down to me the entire time. Normally don't write things like this but this incident was so outrageous that it needed to be cited.

Had interactions with both Carolyn and Landon at the Hendersonville branch….and as always, they were instantly responsive and provided excellent advice on the solution(s) to alleviate my issue. I have never had the incredible level of customer service provided by this branch!
