Hours: Twisted Apple is a delightful spot near the continental divide, known as the best apple orchard in Henderson county. It is a small, cute store with a little bakery, offering a focus on amazing, juicy, crispy, sweet, flavorful, and perfect apples. They are the only organic orchard in the whole area, with delicious apples that taste incredible. Their apple cider is next level and so good. The store sells apple varieties, cider, freshly made pastries, pies, baked goods, and gluten-free options, including GF apple pie. They also offer jam, soap, shirts, hair pins, and earrings made by a local crafter. The people are really wonderful, with integrity, and are the nicest people. It provides a non-touristy vibe compared to bigger orchards. Potential visitors should note there is no u-pick this year due to orchard damage, but apples and other products are available at the storefront. It is well worth the trip for anyone looking for intentional, high-quality organic apples and cider.
