Dealer did not use the recommended 0w-16 oil in my Rav4, but instead went with 0w-20. Only dealer I've used to ignore recommendations.

This place is awesome! Went there for my first service for a car purchased in my hometown and they were great. Got me in and out very quickly and gave me a great deal on a new set of tires. Highly recommend!

Brought my Toyota Venza in for oil change and tire rotation and was very satisfied with service. Brigitte took excellent care of my car and called when service was done. Bryan Easler Toyota service provides excellent service. Will definitely use them again to take care of my Venza.

Just wanted to THANK Y'ALL for helping us in purchasing a shiny new Rav4! Lee Warren was just WONDERFULLY kind, professional, knowledgeable & helpful, guiding us & making sure we ended up with the best vehicle for our needs! AFTER he helped us pick out the best fit, once our new sweet ride was delivered, he spent more time than any car sales person we've ever encountered, guiding us though operation of the car & media system. THEN financing dept Grand Pubah Mike Lester assisted us in dealing with financing paperwork efficiently & professionally.... What's not to adore!?! ... We Love the car & are incredibly grateful to have you all so close & available. Thank You All!

IF ANY REVIEW HELPED YOU DECIDE WHETHER TO BE A PATRON TO A BUSINESS, PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND BUY ELSEWHERE! The salesman lied to us about receiving a $500 rebate in order to reel us in on the lot and order a new vehicle. When it arrived the salesman DENIED us the right to apply for a loan. He was so immensely rude he stated, "I'll walk away and not sell you the truck before I let you apply for a loan for the $500 that will come out of my pocket!" When I informed I would refuse to buy them under false pretenses they created he threatened to KEEP an over $2,000 deposit! The truck arrived with a scrape on the inside which they promised to order a replacement part. They lied on that as well. They would intentionally ignore calls on both matters. They LIE and are RUDE. The owner Stephanie intentionally ignored all of our requests to assist. They are GREEDY, DECEITFUL, DISCRIMINATE AND LIE!

Stopped by with intentions of buying a new 4runner. This dealership offered me four thousand less than another dealer offered on the same day. I immediately left with no intentions of ever returning. I felt an arrogant presence about the business from the start. I will buy a new 4runner elsewhere.

I'm working with corporate now based on the absolutely unacceptable treatment at service with this location. Unfortunately lied to regarding many details. I'll update post once corporate fully assist to give them N opportunity to right their wrongs Main issue is with the total disregard the service manager provided. Doug Camp.

Can't say enough good things about the folks at Bryan Easler Toyota! When my Toyota broke down during my NC vacation, they went the extra mile to provide me a vehicle to use to get home to MI and until a part was available to repair my car. 100% amazing service & team! From the moment we made contact we had nothing but a pleasurable experience. Jeremiah came out and showed us a vehicle and was very knowledgeable. He made sure to accommodate us without being pushy. Jeremiah opened the doors for me and my wife every time we went through one. Jeremiah was easy to negotiate with and made the process simple. The sales manager David came over to talk and was very down to earth. He spoke to us like friends he's known forever. He thanked us and made us feel very important. Mike was the finance officer and made the final paperwork painless. We had a very negative experience at Fred Anderson Toyota prior to coming here, so having this level of professionalism and honesty was refreshing. Thank you all so much for getting us into a new 4runner and keep up the good work !

Yesterday, 7-22-19 I took my Sequoia in for a repair that was intricate and was told they were not sure they could repair the problem up front. I had never been to Bryan Easler Toyota and had done business with Jim Barkley Toyota for decades. Well unfortunately Jim Barkley Toyota is no more and the new owners have no clue what Service, Professionalism, and Customer Satisfaction is! I found just the opposite in Bryan Easler. I called last week to make an appointment, because I had never been to this Dealership before. The sweet lady that answered the phone not only answered all my questions but was Professional, Courteous, and very helpful.. Upon arriving yesterday I was greeted by a very Professional and Helpful young man and welcomed with all my questions answered other than could it be fixed! Well yes they did fix the issue and performed a miracle as such and I am totally pleased. My thanks to the sweet lady that made my appointment, to the Service Tech that welcomed me, and especially to the Service Tech that repaired the problem. I have hopefully now found a new Dealership, although I have to drive 45 minutes to an hour on I-26 and pass right by Fred Anderson Toyota! Thank you Bryan Easler for making my first experience with y'all a Good Experience!
