"America's most convenient bank" my behind. They need better employees and an attitude change towards their customers. An employee makes a mistake, and then makes you feel like it's your fault and then expects you to bend over backwards to try and find/fix their mistake. I will be closing my account and posting everywhere I can possibly find about their "mistake". Just don't bank here. Ever.

I don't bank with TD, but this location notarized and faxed a document for me for free at 8:30 in the morning. They were very fast, friendly, and courteous.

Telling someone "see, you shouldn't have left us" is a great example of why I left you. If you're going to market yourself as "America's most convenient bank", then be that. Compounding a problem with a sarcastic remark proves customer service and convenience are not your priorities.
