Unfortunately, I have to change my 5 star review to 1 star. Their motto is bring your vehicle back anytime to top off the fluids within 3,000 miles. I've taken both of my vehicles in to have that done and they say it's too close to the 3,000 mark (what is too close) if that's your motto?

They did not close the cover to the oil pan under the car and instructed me to pull forward. They cover was bent and unable to be screwed in place. They"fixed it" by using zipties to hold it in place. After a few weeks the cover was visibly hanging down at risk for further damage. I returned to Take 5, the damage they had caused was documented in their computer notes. Iwas assured a manager was going to contact me. 3 days later no contact. I sent an email, still no response.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!I HAD SPENT OVER $200 between oil change and transmission fluid and this was how I was treated...
