We just made a very inexpensive purchase: an engraved name on a 4"X12" metal plaque. The product was excellent, and they included matching screws in a tiny bag, plus two-sided positioning tape on the back of the plaque, all in a cushioned bag. They went above and beyond on a little purchase doing everything correctly, and then some--just impressive behavior.
