Bad customer service. When they don’t like your comment about their behavior, they delete it. I guess when you don’t earn positive comments, you block them. How about change your behavior and how you treat customers? I’ve always loved this store until my visit. I asked about the price of an item. They gave me the price and I said I’ll get back in line to purchase after I grab one more item I had seen. I had just overheard them telling a customer over the phone they don’t ship or hold items. After waiting in line for another 45 minutes, the cashier told me she was holding it for someone who had called asking about it. I had arrived at their store an hour before they opened and had already waited in line once to checkout. This is a poor way to do business and not professional at all.

I had a blast at this charming boutique! The way everything was arranged and displayed leads you from room to room, and I ended up creating a table arrangement for myself on the spot to take home!

This is the cutest store for seasonal decor. I’d recommend coming early though because it’s super tiny and I hope they will get a larger shop soon. I had to come back another morning this week to buy my items since the line was too long and I had a limited time that day.

What a great shop. Wish we had one in Charleston. I have to wait for our camping trips to Hendersonville to visit there for my seasonal decor. It's worth it!

This is cutest store, with the most unique things! I could easily decorate my entire house with its contents. I was gifted a long dough bowl from Southern Chicks, and for every holiday I change out the decorations with items from here. The owner has helped me create beautiful displays with a similar dough bowl in her shop. She has an eye for detail, and she is always kind and willing to help. Thank you for bringing this gem to Hendersonville.

I Did a lot of shopping this past week and southern chics market was the best out of many stops. I left with BAGS AND BAGS of items. I Love this store and everyone was so friendly and helpful this is definitely going to be my new favorite place to go!!!!

I had a wonderful time at Southern chicks market. I bought these florals and this is how my arrangement turned out. They are lovely place to go shop. If you’re looking for flameless candles they have them in stock, I even bought a pair with a remote.
