Oh my experience here? ? the only reason this is 2 star is because of the good mark downs they have on their shoes and have been a customer here since they opened. Anyways. Today I went in and tried to EXCHANGE a brand new pair of sandals, I forgot my receipt at home. They would exchange which I think was crazy but whatever I kind of understood, I took my toddler back to the car and went an got my receipt from home. I would've waited but they were a birthday present and I was eager to wear. Anyways when I came back I wanted to speak to manager about how inconvenient it was to have to go back home for a receipt for a exchange not a return.
So the guy at the front says he is a manager I express my concern and he doesn't have any insight or care an it slamming my shoes and the scanner. Proceeds to ask for adress for the exchange WITH the receipt and I declined to give him my address and he was going to send me on my way without my shoes or anything. Called an find out he wasn't even a manager. Just bad experience no to mention it was also my birthday. Wow!!! Will not return here

Always a decent selection on footwear. Staff is generally helpful and store is usually in good condition. Can be kind of difficult to find shoes for women in wide width so you may have to go to more than one store for shoes.

This place has a variety of shows but it's a mess. It's hard to find anything. The company must treat their employees horribly because they just want to sit around & talk on their cellphones or talk to each other. They only make 10.50 an hour from what I heard from an employee that worked there. I went in one time and a homeless person was working there. He smelled horrible the next time l went in there a crack addict was working there at an employee told me this. The next time l went in l was told the crack addict never came back but not before she stole 200.00. The homeless guy only made it one day too. This is one crazy place. Enter at your own risk.

Easy peasy! Went in kinda late but not late enough to annoy anyone. Everyone was sweet and my shopping was done in like 5 min. Great sales and service. I really appreciated it!

We’ve shopped here several times and have always been happy. Today, not so much!! The two girls that “helped” us were VERY rude and disrespectful. They talked about us right in front of us. And had the worst “teenage” attitudes EVER!! I love their selection but I don’t know that we will be back after such disrespect.
