“Love the shop. It’s so nice to be able to avoid the ups rush especially around the holidays when you have a general drop off. I also like that we can drop off boxes to be reused by others so they don’t go to waste at a landfill.The older lady who works there always seems unfriendly, depressed and in a bad mood though. I drop off packages regularly and she always has an attitude like I’m inconveniencing her. There was a few guys and another younger girl who used to work there and they were always so warm and welcoming. It’s nothing against her as a person but it wouldn’t hurt to smile once in a while.I’m not asking anyone to be forced to say my pleasure like the awful place across the street but smiling is nice and yea we all dislike work some days but it shouldn’t be everyday that you have a sour attitude. I haven’t actually spoke to her besides pleasantries but I have told her I hope she has a good day and she didn’t respond to even say thanks.I have worked in retail too up until I was 21 and graduated college but even on my worst days unless someone was a Karen I always put a smile on for them. I now work with troubled teens and even when they are driving me crazy I keep my cool and stay positive.(To point out I was the only person in the store the last few times I visited so it wasn’t like she was slammed and stressed. I try to go when it’s least busy)”

“I don't normally write reviews but this team 100% deserves one. I own and run a small business and I have been going to this staples for the past year for all my business prints and paper products and they have been SO helpful and honestly just amazing. The labels I use are very specific and have minute details when it comes to ordering and printing (I know it is a bit of a hassle for them) but every time I come in, they are always so welcoming and happy to help! They are also honest, and really try hard to meet the needs of the customers. Out of all the Staples I have been to, this one is the best solely because of the team that works there. BIG thank you to John and Kiersten and everyone else that has helped!”

“Every time I've gone here, the customer service is so friendly, helpful and personal. I recently worked with Tim (I think he is the owner?) on a custom box, and he was just so nice, communicating about it with me multiple times and willing to figure it out with me. He even called me later to make sure I was satisfied with it. I'm not sure if that's a service they normally provide, but whatever the service, my impression is that they really try to work with you to get what you need.”
