I'm very happy with this store! I was at another location the day before my visit here. The worker there was kind and got me what I needed, but did not have much to offer other than where to find the products on the shelf. Luckily, they were out of the color I had picked for my trim, which led me to this location. WHAT A BETTER EXPERIENCE! All staff were very knowledgeable on the difference of their products and how the individual colors behaved when applied in your home. Needless to say, the manager, as well as their staff, know what they are doing and are very eager to help! It's not often you get a good customer service experience in today's world. Thank you, and I will definitely be back for any future projects I may have!

Rachael helped us out tremendously with picking out the right shade of earthy green for an accent wall in our living room. She literally guided us in the right direction, I was looking at completely different shades until she showed us the best options for our wall. I absolutely love the color Clary Sage that she helped us decide on, it’s exactly what I was imaging & hoping for. She showed us a few examples of what Clary Sage or Green Onyx would look like up against shades that represented our stone fireplace & our wood floors. Also explained what colors are within that color family and if we decided to paint the rest of the walls in the living room, she recommended Liveable Green would work best. We will be coming back here looking for her expertise next time we need to decide on another color!

This place has excellent, knowledgeable staff. Sherwin-Williams isn't just HQ'd in Ohio, they have an Ohioan in every store working to keep watch of things!! It's true, ask them!!

The Hendersonville Store has been so helpful and so kind. My first visit was this past Saturday the 19th and the gentleman in there were so kind and pleasant. The second time I was in there was yesterday 21st to get several buckets of paint for our house. The lady that helped me was extremely nice and helpful. I would most certainly recommend the Hendersonville store to everyone. I will certainly be getting my paint supplies there from now on :) Thanks Kim Coleman

I’ve worked with sherwin William for a Year and so far my experience Have been Excellent with the staff always william to work and help you. The Manager Jose is always helping everyone an is bilingual. I highly recommend sherwin william for all painting projects!
