Started having electrical issues while traveling from Texas to Maggie Valley NC. No blinkers, brake lights, or trailer lights. Tried 2 Honda shops In Asheville but neither were equipped to work on a Goldwing Trike. Called Schroeder’s and they not only got my bike in, but worked on it on their “Closed” day! Jesse was great to work with. Kept me posted on what they found, had the part overnighted from MotorTrike , and got me back on the road. Awesome customer service! Outstanding Service Dept ! A great place to have nearby if you need a Honda dealer!!

I recently made my first purchase at Schroader’s and was not disappointed. The entire staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They have the largest inventory of any dealership I’ve ever seen.

Calling around trying to find a starter solenoid for my bike these people return the phone call approximately about 7:55 on a Saturday which I thought that was amazing dude tells me to come in tomorrow they'll get me the part and possibly some other stuff I'm looking for I'm like you're open on a Sunday they said yes I go there I'm there 10 minutes after they are open I'm shocked I go in there and then they basically tell me there's nothing they can do for me cuz the guy didn't show up from work they didn't even attempt to look up anything for me if they let one guy dictate their whole parts department with three employees that's terrible and these people completely wasted my time

Bought a bike here. Really enjoyed meeting the helpful, knowledgeable staff so I bought a second bike same day. Easy to work with these folly. They have a rep for being honest, caring and efficient and I saw it during my visits. Their service dept. is also excellent according to others but I haven’t had the pleasure yet.

5 stars! Passing through and needed a tire on my Goldwing. They had it and got me right in on a Sunday morning. I was able to go ahead and grab a rear tire while here and some accessories. Highly recommended. Everyone was very helpful and even the owners wife came out and talked to me while I waited.

No help at all. the check was in his name from my credit. he would not cash it to finish my payments on my bike. which cost me more money, thx for that. He tried to say it was fake and I was lying. thx for that. MR Cycles is a class A shop.
No help was made at all. no effort was made as he says. Below service very below. hade to come back the next day because the new bike needed repairs and get ready for the extra tack on charges. $1:00 wash for every qt. oil you whether you want it or not. if your tire doesn't have a metal stim, you are forced to by one.
Again, NO HELP at ALL.

This is a duplicate post because Google Maps doesn't realize I've already reviewed them: I needed a NC Safety Inspection. I called ahead and they said I didn't need an appointment. When I arrived the tech was just finishing another customer's inspection and did mine immediately thereafter. Very friendly and fast.
