Valley gave me an excellent permanent….soft and good curl…….however after the perm she trimmed off the damaged ends,great,but charged an extra $45 …needless to say that ruined the whole good experience…usually a trim is included in the price of the permanent….

BEST COLOR EVER!I recently moved to Hendersonville and was looking for a salon and stylist to color my hair. Tried Bliss Salon and was not impressed with the color and they charged me $170 for a single process, coloring my roots.It was hard to find an appointment as many of the stylists around here are booked several weeks out. I called Salon 104 and was able to get a an appointment with Dave Froncillo because he is new to the area. He did an amazing job with my color and used a product from Italy that was really mild on my scalp. He told me he recently moved from CA and was still flying back every month to work with his clients there. I can certainly see why they would be loyal enough to make it worth his while to go back there. I haven't tried him for a cut yet but that will be next. I was super pleased with the coloring job he did!

I have been going to Salon 104 since before I moved to Hendersonville from Chicago ten years ago. Sue Ellen has been cutting my mom’s hair monthly since 2002. I frequent the parlor once every few months and it is everything one could ask for. The staff make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door and friendly banter can be heard wafting throughout.Salon 104 is one of the very many reasons I love living in Hendersonville.

The people are nice but I don't think I have ever gotten a more poor quality dye job. They gave me a total racing stripe down the center of my head. I had them fix it and they dyed my roots a totally different color than the rest of my hair. I asked them to do lowlights to break up the blockiness and was told she "didn't have time" to fix it properly. I had to go to Sally's and spend even more money to fix it myself.

I've been seeing Callie for over 2 years now and she is always exceptional and really listens to me. She is kind and so creative, a true artist. I think that is true for most of the staff.

Very lovely workers and a fun experience, in my opinion however not worth the price. The hair itself is good, but not fantastic, same goes for the other one on main street. Stick to small salons or even at home studios in this area.
