I was a walk in. My tech was a man who did not choose to use clean tools. I asked him to clean them. And he was not going to give me a lotion massage on my hands. I asked for it. I won’t go back there

Cindy was rude after I waited patiently for well over 50 minutes Told me I didn’t know what I already had and did it know what I wanted. She had a massive attitude from the start. Ripped my nails up and then told me she didn’t want to finish. Asked her to soak off the gel and instead she ripped my nail bed up telling me they don’t do it there. Zero star rating if possibleService: Manicure
