I bought some used tires here and I had to go back and get another tire for some reason the rubber come off a little piece of the tire and it was showing wire so I had to get another tire

At the start of a cross country trip on an RV, towing a car, our trailer tires popped. Luckily it was a couple minutes from Rafael's Tire Shop, they were so helpful and fast. Made my situation much less of a headache than I thought we were in for.

Stopped by here because I was getting a vibration coming from my wheel, suspected it was because of the balancing on the tire. I was under the impression I would have to pay for balancing in order to get my car safely back on the road. After stopping here, the owner helped me unload the wheels and tires, educated me on the affects improper balancing can have, as well as balanced both of my tires completely free! The service was incredibly friendly and you can tell he cared more about the safety of his customers rather than the sale of his tires. I will 100% be coming back to this place for any needs related to tires. Couldn't be happier with the service provided.
