Called and they said they could work on my bike. Planned the day around dropping my bike off. Got there and they had changed their mind, said they weren’t going to work on it. I think the guy was originally trying to be nice, as the type of bike was out of their usual scope. Yet the lack of communication around this was quite disrespectful towards my time and felt indicative towards their general service approach.
