Been using Quick Lane since buying my truck— as someone who prefers to do my own work, I’ve been very happy with their quality and professionalism. However, today, they went above and beyond after I got a flat shortly after getting a tire rotation. After a quick phone call, two techs came to my location to assess and repair; they knew I had my young son with me and made sure to respond quickly. Despite the issue being unrelated to services done that day (a big old bolt punctured it) I was not charged for anything. Thank you guys for always going the extra mile! You are very appreciated!

The technician did a really good job balancing the tires on our '19 Ford Edge SEL AWD by starting over "from scratch." Oil changes here are less expensive than at my local indy shop of choice and completed on time with great communication before, during, and after the service experience. Our service advisor (Patrick) is friendly and agreeable, advising of upcoming service to be performed according to the manufacturer's schedule but not being overly pushy or selling add-on services (as I prefer to perform most of the work that I'm able to do on this vehicle myself).

Waiting while my vehicle is being serviced, I must say these guys are polite, efficient, detailed and professional. Will definitely be my new go to mechanic. They got the job done for me when others couldn’t.

Each time I bring my car in, the crew at Quick Lane takes care of me! The service is prompt, accurate and reasonably priced. Everyone there is very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

I've had multiple fords over the last few years, and this is the only ford dealership in WNC that cares. They do all my service work even though I bought our 2 current vehicles from Asheville Ford ( wanted to schedule me 4 months out on safety recalls). Parks goes above and beyond to take care of a customer. Will definitely be buying from them next time.

TERRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK WITH! My husband had a job interview with them and once he got there the lady he was supposed to interview with left! and no one called to even tell him! TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND WASTED TIME!

I was requested for an interview, I told them I would be commuting a hour and was told to be there at said time. I arrived on time to the interviewer already gone for the day and all job postings removed and then was told to sit and wait for someone else to do an interview that never came after 20 minutes of waiting, complete waste of time and super unprofessional

Definitely recommend Parks Ford. We mainly worked with Willie as our salesmen, Chris as manager, Dasha with finances, and Scott in service. The buying process was smooth and easy. 2 weeks after we bought our car the engine went out and everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful. We didn't pay a dime to get it fixed. Chris, the manager, went above and beyond to assure everything that we needed was took care of including a rental car.

The service department has gone down hill since Parks took over the dealership. All you will get from them is excuses and have to bring your vehicle back multiple times to fix the same issues.Horrible

Literally the worst dealership service in the world, took forever and never answered the phone when I called I had to literally drive to the dealership to get an update you'd leave messages and they still wouldn't call back, also they are lie often I asked if they were working on my truck they said yes the mechanic is working on it right now I proceeded to drive to the back and saw my truck sitting, they said they would call me with quotes and never did then had a huge bill waiting for me which was supposedly "discounted" as I looked at the ticket they did a few things I did not ask for and they did not get permission from when I spoke to the manager he said he doesn't care what I think and was extremely rude to me, he should be fired for the way he talks I've been to many dealers and this one is definitely the worst
