Rude, racist tellers and managers that don’t get involved to help clients! After waiting for the old hag to finish talking to her another client for 20+ minutes about her personal life, my Hispanic husband went in to cash a check written from PNC the teller proceeded to tell him his STATE ISSUED DRIVERS LICENSE was a false! And even after he showed his credit cards/ debit card she refused to cash the check written from her bank!

Jacob is the best customer service representative I have ever experienced. Walked me through step by step truly went above and beyond. They made my entire nightmare into an easy fix. Next level customer service! So greatful my local PNC has someone like them??Not the best bank ever with lots of "hidden" fees and rules etc. Was 100% going to change banks if this didn't work out however they made me stay due to such excellent care! People inside are friendly and competent but the drive thru folks seem unprofessional and rude in the way that reflects a “I prefer not to be bothered” mentality. There was a really nice older lady for awhile but the person before her and the ones they have now are not genuinely friendly or easy to work with..

The people here are SUPER friendly and I love interacting with them. But the amount of mistakes that have been made are rather frustrating. I’ve ordered credit cards 3 times. Once they were never ordered, twice they never arrived. When I asked for a debit card replacement they cancelled and replaced the wrong card. When I asked for a $1000 withdrawal from a specific account, I found out later it was withdrawn from a different account. Again, the folks there are super nice, but all these technical issues and communications issues are getting old.

Watch out for all the fees! $36 for every time you accidentally go in the red, even if it is just a dollar or two. That can really add up. Also service fees, paper statement fee and more.

Financed a vehicle through PNC Bank. I had no choice; PNC was the bank the dealer chose for me. I made the first payment to PNC, which was my last payment to PNC bank. My Credit Union refinanced the loan and beat PNC's interest rate by more then 3% and dropped the term from 6 years to 5 years. By refinancing with my CU I saved 1 year and $6700 in interest! Plus, PNC took over 10 days to apply my first and only payment to my loan account - with my CU payments are applied instantly. GOODBYE PNC and GOOD RIDDANCE!
