“I called five or six different places and every single one of them were very rude and not helpful at all. I called CAROLINA auto paint and they were very respectful and very formative on the phone and when I went to the store I was blown away as a customer service. I left that day thinking to myself “ This is how you are supposed to run a business, this is how customer service is done.” I couldn’t say enough good things about this place. They even offered to come out to my house and help me with my project on a weekend. I will never go anywhere else for anything auto paint related and I live an hour from the store but I will HAPPILY make that drive every single time.”

“I'm very happy with this store! I was at another location the day before my visit here. The worker there was kind and got me what I needed, but did not have much to offer other than where to find the products on the shelf. Luckily, they were out of the color I had picked for my trim, which led me to this location. WHAT A BETTER EXPERIENCE! All staff were very knowledgeable on the difference of their products and how the individual colors behaved when applied in your home. Needless to say, the manager, as well as their staff, know what they are doing and are very eager to help! It's not often you get a good customer service experience in today's world.
