Good store, good customer service. Colton help me find a fuel filter for my 2003 Ford ranger that I was unable to find anywhere else. Colton was very helpful.

I’m leaving a one star because there used to be a sweet little puppy in there every day, and now he is not allowed will no longer be going to the store If puppy is not allowed kind of ridiculous ?

Everyone there was so helpful and friendly. Except this one lady, she was with another customer and kept interrupting our conversation with snark remarks not really helping/finding a solution.

We are traveling through town and needed a new serpentine belt tensioner. Timothy was so helpful. we put it on in the parking lot and we were able to borrow a tool too. We were on our was pretty quick. Thanks so much for everything Timothy.

Nick at O’Reilly’s turned my vacation in Hendersonville into a great experience! My car had been clipped in a parking lot and left a big scratch on the driver side but Nick assured me that rubbing compound would remove the scratch and it would be none the worse for wear. Not only did he tell me how to use rubbing compound but since it was quiet in the store he went out and remove the scratches for me. He went above and beyond the call of duty and restored my faith in customer service. Bravo Nick !!

Nick is the ?!!! I went in to O'Reilly's for the second time with a different issue each time. The 1st time, I needed bushings for my windshield wiper's arm linkage. The 2nd was spark plugs. Each time I was never treated differently because I'm a woman. This happens so often at AutoZone and advance auto! Nick pointed me to the exact parts I needed and gave me so much helpful advice without being demeaning to me. Thank you so much Nick!!! Jonathan was also very helpful and listened to me ramble on about how bad I get treated at other auto parts stores. Thank you Jonathan!! You guys are awesome!!!
