Austin was our technician today. He was very courteous and polite throughout the time spent here. An hour or so. Very communicative too. First time they arrived early instead of the last stop. I would recommend him to any of your customers.

Eric really took care of us today! He was able to realign the cable so it wasn't exposed. He secured the lines in a box, and even grounded everything. It is so fantastic to have someone who knows what he's doing! Eric analyzed the situation, gave us options, and listened to us. We are grateful for Eric's calm personality and his pleasant attitude. He kept us reassured every step of the way. What a pleasure. We love our Optimum internet service and Eric was the frosting on the cake! ?
