Quarter machine took my $20 and didn't give me any quarters. The dry cleaning business next door was closed and I was leaving to go out of town the next day for 15 days...so I left a note under the door of the dry cleaning business, explaining what happened, when it happened and left every kind of contact information I could think of. No attempt was ever made to make right what happened.
This laundromat is also very dirty, dingy and there was an assortment of questionable characters "hanging out" (idk if they were actually customers or not) and they made me nervous. I would not recommend using this laundromat but if you do, be prepared, bring your own quarters and sit in your locked car while you wait for your clothes to finish up.

Did not get item dropped off. Tried to give me something else. Wasn't even cleaned. OWNER was threatening verbal for me to leave. I called Police. Results, Owner gave me money's for item. Worse experience in my life.

If I could I would give zero Stars! I would never go to this laundromat, nor would I tell any of my friends to go there. The environment is unsafe in so many ways. It's unhygienic, it's dimly lit, the places old and broken, dumpy and downright spooky ;

They are ok. I've had a couple of dud machines take my change and was never reimbursed but other than that they have a decent amount of machines...the restroom I don't think ever gets cleaned though.

Twice I’ve tried to bring a comforter in for cleaning after my dog vomited on it one evening. The first time we were told “too much dog hair, lint roll it and bring it back.” So we tried our best although those with pets know that it’s incredibly hard to get all of the pet hair out.The second time I brought it in, I was told the same thing but this time I brought a lint roller as well with me. As I’m trying to remove the hair, the owner sees the soiled spot on the blanket and says “oh I don’t clean that. You’ll need to clean it and bring it back.”Sir, I’m here at the cleaner to get a garment cleaned. If it was clean already, I wouldn’t be standing here would I?

The washer I used did not spin/extract. (This meant my clothes were completely soaked,...it would have taken hours for them to dry in a dryer.)The owner-wife tried to invent reasons it was MY fault, until I ADAMANTLY INSISTED SHE stop talking at a hundred miles an hour...AND "LISTEN TO ME." I told her I had NOT done anything she suggested were "possible" reasons it was my doing.The whole time, she held in her hand the quarters I would need to RE-DO the entire load thru another full wash cycle in another machine. She finally gave them to me when the door to the machine my clothes were locked in finally opened. SHE KNEW THE WHOLE TIME HER MACHINE WAS BAD, (which is why she bought the quarters with her ahead of my explaining the problem!)Above that, the indicator light did not work...And iIt took fifteen minutes for the door to finally unlock.SO, I waited for a whole new wash & extract to happen, wasting my valuable time.THEN the dryer took my quarter and would not turn on.The owner-husband came over this time and ALSO tried to act like I did something wrong. THIS I refused to take and told him to his face how unethical this pretending it is the customer's fault WHEN THEY ALREADY WERE WELL FAMILIAR WITH THE PROBLEMS WITH EACH MACHINE FROM LOTS OF COMPLAINTS.I told him that I would now "go miles" to a real laundromat: not because his machines were broken, but rather because HE IS DISHONEST. He could have had a patient customer. Not now.Other patrons not only agreed with me out loud, they literally CHEERED at my telling this j*** the truth about his lack-of-Honor. "No, he is NOT honest...AT ALL!," one man exclaimed. One lady clapped at my admonishing the owners.Also,...Soap machine DOES NOT work.Snack machine DOES NOT work.Drink machine DOES NOT work.SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF AGGREVATION, GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

I gave him three stars because they're change machine works the machine where you can get laundry detergent out works but in reality the place is ran down dump they have a lot of broken machines most of them work though it's quite ghetto some people would probably be scared to go here especially if it's dark but I've been here once or twice so far the experience has been but you would expect from a rundown laundromat haven't had any issues with any of the people that have been there everyone's just trying to get in and out if you can I would go to Lost sock it's a much better laundry mat might be a little bit out of your way but probably worth it if you don't want to stay somewhere so ghetto well I probably use this laundromat again nope because I just got to wash her and dryer

The owner is incredibly rude. I was dropping off laundry for someone who uses him regularly, and he yelled at me for not separating towels I separated them and was very rudely told that they would not be ready until a day later than his usual agreement with the person who I was dropping off the laundry for.

Convenient to our house. It's usual clean. The majority of the washers work well. As well as the dryers . If machines take money or doesn't work properly,the owner is fair and gives your money back for that machine. We enjoy doing our laundry here weekly!
