Went today for a standard vehicle inspection. They finished. I paid . They told me my registration and inspection was in my vehicle. I went to my vehicle there was no registration or inspection paper . I ask where it was . I was told it must have been put in other lady's vehicle that checked out before me. I was told not to worry she could not use it . DMV stated it was serious she had my name my address tag # . I called back to express my concern They said they had no information on the lady . Not good business.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation but was then told they couldn't do the tire rotation...no explanations given. Other than that they are very fast and nice folks.

Do not visit this location or tge other vist 5 minute oil lube or tge spartenburg location people are doing drugs drinking and are unsafe there

10 minutes?? Please. Four people im there and took an hour. Alot of socialization and not much work. Would highly recommend staying clear of this place unless you have a ton of spare time on your hands
