I like the laundry facility but just realized that they charged my card more than they should have. I washed 2 loads of clothes and it should have cost me 9.25. they charged me 15.00

Laundromat....Friendly people were there but floors and tables were dirty. One customer wiped the tables.and I swept the floor.

One snarly, rude, younger woman ruins the weekend nights now at this place. She hasn't been there long, but her behavior is unacceptable. We were told that we had "five minutes" left at 11:45 p.m. on Sunday night. They close at midnight, and it hadn't ever been an issue for us to leave just before closing in prior visits, and we've been doing our laundry there for a few years now. We would have been done in plenty of time before closing, but there was a young man who seemed to know the younger rude woman behind the counter, hanging around acting like he wanted to start something, so we left quickly because we felt threatened by him. We won't be back. The younger woman was rude to my husband when he bought something 25 minutes before closing. Disrespectful staff, and they need more training if they are going to be throwing good customers out early.

Laundromat was filled with no mask customers!!!! Management said there was nothing that could be done to stop it. Come on guys!

My husband was just in this store grabbing something to drink on his way home. Now we've been in the middle of a National Pandemic for months so naturally my husband put on a mask before getting out of his truck. Needless to say he was amazed to see that NONE of the employees working there were wearing masks & actually looked at him like HE was the crazy one for having one on. It's sad to think that these people could care so little of their customers to not bother protecting them.

I have a broken neck, back and severe nerve damage. I was trying to make a purchase of $100 at the norms on Kanuga road when the manager refused to give me bags for the beef jerky I was buying because I was buying 15 pieces and she thought I was reselling it ( I wasn't, but it shouldn't matter if I was - because of my physical therapy I'll be stuck in bed for days, and having a stack which doesn't cause you to need to go to the bathroom is vital )... Instead, she RIPPED IT OUT OF MY HANDS causing me to swing forward into the counter... I have a BROKEN NECK, BROKEN BACK, and SEVERE NERVE DAMAGE... She is lucky my legs didn't give out or she wouldn't been facing more than just FELONY ASSAULT WITH INTENT TO KILL.. I swore at her for attacking me, ripping the food out of my hands and her reasoning was she wasn't going to sell to me because I was taking a bag per beef jerky which is what I need to DRY IT - it's one of those displays which gives you 1 bag per jerky so you can easily eat it - I'm not stuffing 15 pieces into 1... are you crazy? So she ripped it out of my hand, then refused to give me her name, her managers phone number, or anything.. You lost a sale of about $30 for fuel, $35 to $40 for the beef jerky, and $5 for air-heads... Good going manager... Oh, I indent to be pressing charges as soon as I can walk again ( physical therapy takes a lot out of me )... Did the NECK BRACE not give it away that you shouldn't be attacking me? It's a very nice convenient store also they have a laundry beside the store and its clean and washers and dryers are nice

Open most late hours and has a laundry mat attached! Good place for those late night cravings of whatever that suits your fancy.
