The worst day of my life .
First of all, I’d like to say if you’re ever in a situation where you have to have your car towed or the police are going to have it towed request that they do not use mountain tire service In Dana, North Carolina.
You could be saving yourself a lot of money and Time.
On the day that my car was towed I arrived just three hours later to get my car out And it was 4:30 in the afternoon they informed me they do not take credit cards they except cash only they close at 5 o’clock, so I would have to wait till the next day
So the next morning I called to find out what time they close .
But cricket, I believe her name is
Informed me that they’re not open on Saturday and they’re not open on Sunday So I will have to come back on Monday to get my car. I am a FedEx employee I work third shift and every Friday and Saturday night I needed my car on the weekend so to make a long story short I go in Monday to get my car and she’s tacked on two more days Storage Saturday and Sunday so I get mad and I look it up and there is a law North Carolina law that a Towing company Must be open for four hours in order to charge storage on a vehicle or be available to meet someone at the place of storage to retrieve their vehicle How they get away with this, I’ll never know! So I go in Monday to get my car and the rude girl inform me the bill is now up to $450 For a car, they towed 5.8 miles . How these people are able to be on Police rotation I’ll never know, but they’re getting rich by people who get their car towed on Friday and don’t have cash with them It also stated in the North Carolina state law that towing companies have to Except at least one form of credit or debit card, which they don’t do that either So my friends beware of mountain tire service towing company THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!

Recently I had the displeasing experience having to deal with this company. The female rudely and disrespectfully firmly tells me it’s $386!!! Mountain Tire and TOWING towed my vehicle 5.8 mile!!!! I arrived at their business 3 hours after it was towed. I was astounded at the towing fee and her rude behavior towards me. She would not allow me to get my pocketbook, work badge anything out of my vehicle apprx. 2:30pm.
She would not except payment by credit,debit or personal check as I needed the car to go to work that night. ONLY CASH!!! I had never been treated so disrespected in my life!! You would have thought I was a criminal escapee or something!! Day 2 I am prepared to pay this ridiculous rip off towing fee and she answers the phone Sat. Morning at 9am and states they are closed Sat. And Sunday. Monday 9am I go to Mountain tire and Towing company to get my vehicle. The amount is now $486 as a 2 day storage fee of $50. This is an illegal act per government regulation to charge a storage fee when your company is not even open to regain your vehicle. Of course the rude female I dealt with had no conversation or time to discuss this with me. Wanted cash!!!
I did have to pay it but it is not over.
I would not recommend this company to a snake.!!!!! The woman needs to learn how to respect people and not just fill her pockets full of CASH!!! This Company caused me to miss work 3 days on top of it all. “BEWARE”rip off scam Mountain Tire and towing…

We've done business with them several times because the location is close to our home. Unfortunately after this last mix up we will not be returning. We have set up appointments...made arrangements to get our car there and then told oh we need to reschedule we just got slammed. Ok...not my problem we have an appointment. I think Cricket overwhelms herself and people she doesn't know get kicked to the curb!

ALTHOUGH THE OWNER , EMPLOYEES OF B AND R TOWING ,THE LADIES AT THE FRONT DESK, THEIR MECHANIC AND ALL OTHER AFFILIATES HAVE YET TO GRACE ME WITH THEIR PRESENCE, BY DOING ANYTHING BESIDES TALKING ABOUT WHO THEY THINK I AM AS A HUMAN BEING , HARRASSING AND ATTACKING MY CHATACTER , ALTHOUGH WE HAVE NEVER MET ,HAS ME INCLINED TO THINK THAT THEY ARE NOT NICE PEOPLE .I REALIZE THAT MAY SOUND WEAK AND UNINSPIRED, BUT I HAVE ALWAYS STOOD ON MY LAURELS AND FIND IT DIFFICULT TO ENGAGE WITH TACKY SIMPLE MINDED REDNECK, HILLBILLY, MALICIOUS,SPITEFUL,IGNORANT PIECES OF S!H""T. THEREFORE ,THEY LEAVE MRS. MOORE WITH NO OTHER CHOICE, THAN TO RECOMMEND , THAT YOU STEER CLEAR.

We got new tires for our camper mounted here. I am new at pulling a camper. They helped me hitch and unhitch. The owner Jamie even gave me some backing up lessons. Amazing service. I will be a returning customer.

My car wouldn't start got it towed there the guy that towed my car was nice long story short they had my car for a week in a half and finally worked on it the last day yet still didn't get it running I had to call over and over to get any updates they put parts on I did not approve made a huge deal that I got another tow truck to take it to another shop. Only reason I gave them 2 stars was shop rate wasnt bad charged 80/hrs. Will never go back or refer.

Charged $70 for a diagnostic and then 23 something for a gas cap that I did not need when I called about it they said they would give me a free oil change but then backed out on that. Liars

Best tire shop in Henderson County. They take very good care of their customers, like family. Really good people. I would be coming back when my truck needs work. Definitely recommend.
