“Carly is AMAZING. If you can ask for her. She's extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, empathetic, kind and thorough. I was having a bit of a breakdown and needed an affordable phone and had only ever been through Verizon and my bill was over 400 a month through them! Now I pay 45 and got a new phone and she walked me through EVERYTHING. Made the process easy peasy. I cannot rave enough over her. Metro really is the way to go. And don't forget... Ask for Carly cause she's just great. I'm so grateful for her. She will never know what I was going through and I honestly just needed something to be easy and affordable for once. I was in a really bad space mentally and emotionally. I'll truly be forever grateful. Give this girl the raise she deserves. She is indespensable to your company. “I went to Julio's Shop today because of all the raving reviews he has received on Yelp and NextDoor. My iPhone has been doing really strange things lately. I went there today and Julio looked at it and went into my settings which told me that I needed a new battery! A real easy fix. $35 for the battery and installation included! Sure beats thinking I needed to get a new phone with just one honest and kind person to help me out. I highly recommend Julio's Shop! I will be going there any time I have a question or run into a problem.”

“I have been trying to use my iPhone as a hotspot without any success. To solve this issue I went to the Verizon store on Hendersonville Road. Avery the Verizon tech sat down with me and proceeded to go through the steps of how to set the iPhone up as a hotspot and connect it to another device. He explained each step and even wrote it down for me. I would highly recommend going to the store for any iPhone issues that you may encounter. I would gladly have Avery help me with any problems I have in the future.”
“I love Walmart...I could never say enough great things about Walmart, and this one especially. This is like the best behaved Walmart I've ever been to in my whole life. It's clean, the people are nice. Prices and selection are awesome. Customer service is great and righteous. Walmart needs to relax about their background checks- people have the right to be forgiven! “Cracked both front and back glass of my Samsung Galaxy S20FE. They didn't have the parts on hand but got them quickly and worked with me for when was best for me to come in. Took about an hour just as they said. Fair prices and great service highly recommend!”
