Unwilling to refund a cancel when never accessed or officially signed rental agreement. Gave payment information online and was charged before signing rental agreement. Never even accessed unit and was just bombarded by phone calls and excessive emails and charged. Invoice date is 7/22 and was told since I booked and put payment information 7/17 I would have been able to “move out” and payment be reversed if that day. Something doesn’t add up here. Was trying to arrange move in but due to an excessive workload and inclement weather decided to postpone move and requested refund and was denied. Had planned on future use but not now.

I so appreciate Allen and Kenny from Storage House they are not only very helpful with getting a unit but are very pleasant while talking on the phone. They have made it a very nice experience. I also believe they have the best prices in town. It’s an all around win win. Thanks guys

Allen & Kenny are a couple of terrific guys. In the waning hour(s) of a Saturday (their last workday of the week) Allen, both helped me secure an excellent and quite reasonable storage unit and accommodated my fairly infrequent request in the grandest way. In the week following my initial visit I had occasion to confer with Kenny. He also made certain that everything was Ideal for my spouse and I and furthered us toward our goal.
In short, two fine guys, two fine conversationalists and two adroit businessmen eager to help the community they serve. My highest recommendation goes to StoreHouse Storage of Hendersonville.

Moving is usually not fun.I thought finding,and renting a storage unit during the move would be a big ordeal.It wasn't when I went to storehouse.The gentlan that helped me was fast, knowledgeable and attentive toy needs.I was in and out in less than 15 minutes,including buying a lock there also.Thanx Storehouse?

Secure, clean facility with an excellent manager guiding me the whole way through the move in process. I highly recommend this place!
