Carly is AMAZING. If you can ask for her. She's extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, empathetic, kind and thorough. I was having a bit of a breakdown and needed an affordable phone and had only ever been through Verizon and my bill was over 400 a month through them! Now I pay 45 and got a new phone and she walked me through EVERYTHING. Made the process easy peasy. I cannot rave enough over her. Metro really is the way to go. And don't forget... Ask for Carly cause she's just great. I'm so grateful for her. She will never know what I was going through and I honestly just needed something to be easy and affordable for once. I was in a really bad space mentally and emotionally. I'll truly be forever grateful. Give this girl the raise she deserves. She is indespensable to your company. She truly CARES about customer service and making sure her customers are happy with their service.through EVERYTHING

I switched to T-Mobile last year and could not be happier. I've only had to go in a few times, but every time I've been in the customer service has been superior. They answer all my questions knowledgeably, they don't try to upsell me, and they're very attentive and polite which is the complete opposite of my experience with the other big carrier here in town.

Y'all are usually great ... I'm not so sure about Dylan though. He has a 2nd chance to redeem his attitude and knowledge when I come back in today. Not a very helpful young man ... Plus he'll recommend you losing your phone to get a new one and just resell the one you supposedly lost.
