There’s always 9 million people here, and the people trash the place up. They leave their laundry in the washers for a long time after it’s done with no thought about anyone else but themselves because they are all that matter apparently. Unfortunately the good laundry in Asheville is closed until they get water back on. This place is a joke.

I was using this laundromat for over a year. 8 months ago I would have rated higher. Unfortunately my experience has gotten worse over the months each time I come. Cleanliness has substantially dropped off, service has become less than mediocre, and it has turned into a place where I don’t feel safe like I used to. Currently looking for a different location.

My 1st time there, had not been to a Laundromat in years. The nighttime employee was extremely patient and showed me how to use everything I needed. She was wonderful! If I need a Laundromat again in the future, I will choose this place again. It was also extremely clean and has vendor machines for drinks and snacks, plenty of seats and tables to sit, and large machines for doing huge loads. They have an App to download and conveniently pay with a debit card. Makes doing a dull chore as easy as possible!

First off 13.00 to wash a large comforter is ridiculous. Price has doubled since new owner. Then Lady was rude as ever saying times up then lied to someone on the phone saying she put the phone up to her ear and they grabbed all their stuff. Seriously. No that was not the case. They didn’t speak English! Never will be back to this one ever again. Old owners had respect for other people.

They changed their machines to ones that take longer and hold less clothes, their prices are exaggeratedly high for one wash.

The photos should be super helpful. Ken the owner is friendly. This laundry mat is owned by Norm's. It's a little pricey but hey the washers and dryers work much better and do save you time. Just give Ken some time and patience and this place will back to normal operation. I will say stay away from the quarter game it will rob you.
