“We couldn't have done our partial kitchen renovation without the help and great patience of Rachelle at Nova. We replaced our formica counter tops with quartz, had Nova build a bar onto an existing island and had a table top made to match the counters. Rachelle helped us choose just the right counter, gave us good feedback on the right colors to use for the counter and saw every step through to completion. Each worker was meticulous in the way they performed their job, respectful, on-time and just nice guys. “When I was having issues with my gas fire place I called a fire place store on Hendersonville road in Arden , leaving a message and never even received a call back. I knew it was a small job but I still wanted it resolved.
I happened to drive by Etowah fireplace store and on a whim I stopped by.
Lee and Desiree the owners said hello and apologized for the appearance of their store - it was being remodeled.
I was greeted and assisted by Brenda who could not be more patient and kind. As I stumbled through explaining what I thought might be wrong with my gas fire place Brenda suggested that she set up an appointment for me with a technician who could assist with figuring out my options.
I appreciate that Brenda didn’t assume to know what was wrong with my fireplace or pushed me to look at a replacement item.
It took a few days before I heard from the tech- but after that communication was great and timely.
The tech came out and all I needed was a good cleaning of the burners and a new ignitor!
The tech was so friendly and helpful- on the way out he noticed a lightbulb that needed replacing in an inconvenient spot- since he already had his ladder he simply changed my bulb!!! Seriously- when does that happen???!
The cost was nominal and when I called Brenda to thank her for the assistance she was very happy to hear that everything went well!
I wanted to share how good my experience was with Etowah and the Tech.
It is very hard to get good service these days- most businesses are not interested in repairing old equipment.
I felt like Brenda and the Tech understood and respected my situation.
I wish more service providers would be as gracious and professional!
