We had a nail in our tire and went to Kanuga Tire. They were excellent. They kept us posted throughout and checked other items (fluids, battery, etc.) at no extra cost. Car was ready when they promised. We will be back.

Highly recommend them! Especially for those car problems that no other machanic will take the time to figure out ! They are very thorough and Mindy is fantastic, she will take the time to explain things and let you know the real outcome of a problem to help you better decide the priority of the situation! We have a older car and since we first took our car to Kanuga, we will not let anyone else work on our vehicle! They are NOT out to make a quick buck, but truely care about thier quality of work and thier customers!

In a world where it is often difficult to find a repair shop that is honest, competent and provide great customer service I am so happy to have found Kanuga Tire and Auto. They checked all the boxes. These guys offered excellent customer service. From being friendly and welcoming on the front end to full transparency and documenting not only the repair needed that day but taking the time to inspect and document repairs needed in the future on the back end. 5 star service! You guys have a customer for life.

Absolutely top notch service! Provided us with a loaner vehicle within minutes of arriving with an emergent brake issue.
