Austin and Travis did a great job diagnosing and fixing a simple issue that should have never happened at another mechanic 3 weeks prior. Always have been fair and reasonably priced every time they have helped me.

Regrettably, I need to put a review from work I had done in March of this year. This establishment replaced an EGR valve in my jeep and charged $304.00. Unfortunately, the EGR failure code is again on my check engine diagnosis. I called and ask if there was a warranty on the part and they said they didn't know. Said it was probably 90 days. Seems unlikely that an EGR valve would fail in 9 months, so I won't be using this establishment for future work or giving recommendations. This may be an isolated case, but thought future consumers should be aware.

The mechanics in the gas station hands down the best! Honest, fair, and helpful. They don't come more genuine! Thank you Aaron! I broke down 5 hrs from home and he took my truck in right away and fixed the problem! So thankful!

I've been to interstate hardware and Express on multiple occasions for two different cars and I have always been taken very good care of. Extremely knowledgeable on all aspects and goes above and beyond with taking care of you and your car and explains in great detail everything that went on and how it was fixed. Highly recommend!

I took my Father in-law to get the car inspected, however, on our way, the engine light came on and was flashing. Aaron has excellent quality customer service. He was very generous and knowledgeable. Also, the other gentleman that was working with him was very kind and helpfull. We appreciate that he took the time to understand our needs and went above and way beyond. It's nice having family businesses caring for the community.Thank you again.Also, you deserve more stars that were given.Thank you, thank you, thank you. We will be back.

Exceptional Service, Kind and Professional.... My broken car, kids and and I hobbled in off the interstate heading out of town, and was blessed to pull into their parking lot. They helped me immediately, fixed my car in a few hours and tried hard to control my expenses. Very smart and knowledgeable. Could not be more impressed. Will return for service as needed even from Asheville.

Excellent work performed. Doesn't overcharge. Very friendly & knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is that the young mechanic insisted I needed new parts on my vehicle without taking a look first to make sure.
