They do have a decent selection and the store is clean but the check out process is painful. Not enough lanes open with actual cashiers.

A poorly managed example of the many locations around. The managers seem determined to be slow and show little respect for the customers. Go down the road to the Flat Rock store. It's a much better experience

I was shopping the other day, when I couldn't find an item, I asked the assistant store manager where I could find it, she looked at me, turned her head, and continued to talk to her coworker about their cell phones. Then she just walked away, I went to ask someone else and found a cashier and since they weren't busy was kind enough to walk me to the product I was looking for. I did explain my issue to her and asked if it now a custom for the Assistant Store Manager to ignore the customers and walk away. She did say that she has gotten a few complaints on her and the Manager lately but was scared she would be fired if she said anything. I truly feel sorry for that cashier from what I saw which I was there for a good hour, I saw the Assistant Store Manager not helping customers or her employees. So is it the Assistant Store Manager's job now to ignore her customers and her employees why she is on her cellphone and drinking her Starbucks all day? Because of this experience with this Assistant Store Manager, my family and I will not return to Ingles.

Have had issues there nearly every time I go in. Self-checkout is clunky and requires mores manual intervention than it should. They can never correctly look up my loyalty card. And the deli is a nightmare. Walked out today for the last time after being ignored by an employee for over 5 minutes while he sorted the display cheeses. I was the only customer at the counter yet he never. acknowledged me and 5 other nearby employees did nothing to help. There are 3 other grocery stores within 1/4 mile of this place that are all much better.

My what a difference a few years make. Totally remodeled, renovated, enlarged and a sophisticated delight. But the BIGGEST NEWS is the much discussed Friday Steak Night. We had heard so much about it we decided to give it a try. Our neighbor joined us and we had a delicious bone in rib eye steak dinner with salad, bread, baked potato and choice of beverage (coke products or tea). $12.98 for all that. There were attractive floral arrangements on each table; TRUE dinner utensils (metal, not plastic) with steak knives; real glasses (no styrofoam); china plates; and green to-go boxes. When you arrive at the store, go to the deli cash register and order the doneness of your steak and the dressing you prefer on your salad. Select your table and in just a jiffy, your salad is delivered by the waiter who takes your beverage order. Before you know it the entree and side is delivered. The waiter checks regularly to be sure everything is ok. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and this totally off the wall dining concept. I mean, a steak dinner in a grocery deli?? The steaks are the same for all customers but the selection changes each week: ribeye, sirloin, etc. If you don't like the choice of sides, you can substitute from the selections on the hot bar. A quick head count showed there were 14 people partaking of the steak dinner during the hour we were there. This is offered every Friday from 4-8 and reservations are NOT necessary. The ambience is NOT fine dining--bright fluorescence, canned music, people with grocery carts. But the steaks were tender, flavorful, and HUGE. We shall return!

The market itself is is nice. But if Angela is working in the deli making your sub(RUN) SHE CAN CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR FOOD. I will never eat there while shes working ( and i use the word working lightly)

If you want great breakfast at a great price then go here. We were going to stop by McDonalds one morning while at work for breakfast and ended up stopping here instead. I got bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits & gravy and it was less than 5 Dollars.

This INGLES GAS EXPRESS sure is busy on this Father's Day Sunday (June 2018)! But it's a lovely day & everyone seems to be out & about + plenty of travelers. Good to know that I'm not the only one who prefers Ingles gas for my traveling needs!

This is the newest Ingles in Hendersonville. It's clean and always well stocked. The location is hard to get to sometimes because of traffic but it's not that bad. It's so great they have specialty items and ethnic foods that you can't find at all stores. I also love that there are some NC products in there!

This is a small store that is limited and over priced with consistently unfriendly service. It's especially rude at the self checkout. They seem annoyed, bothered and extremely unfriendly. The never greet you or have a smile on their face.

This store is OPEN!! It's the latest and greatest layout and is top notch in every way! The deli serves breakfast, lunch and dinner at reasonable prices and their eat-in area is just great. Ingles has upped their game in a big way with this store and for good reason - competition. Harris-Teeter, Fresh Market and, in a year or so, Publix will be within yards. The people are doing well but have a little way to go to match Publix for attentive, undivided customer service. They're getting there and that's a big jump from just a few years ago. We love our local Ingles stores.

I have been in this store previously and it seemed fine but yesterday I came in to use the restroom and was shocked and appalled at the unsanitary conditions. The toilets hadn't been flushed, they were the automatic type, the floors were filthy and looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a very long time, and no paper towels. It was disgusting and I almost left. It was equal to some horrible gas station bathrooms I've seen. What was hilarious, there was a vase of fresh flowers on the counter, really? I'm totally disappointed that this store doesn't take more pride in their store and want it to be clean and sanitary in every area.
