I usually use other one that's closer to my house but I did have a great experience with this one on that day. Of course it might change day to day but that day was great.

Great place for a quick hot meal or groceries…. Wish I had a card to get the best prices…but we were just passing through the area…it’s our go to place when we are near one of their stores.

Terrible "customer service" and "management". I can't believe the way this store is ran and how this store is even open?! While there is never help at the self check out machines and they hardly ever even operate correctly and how rude the workers and don't even want to do their job. There was only one good employer here that quit their job just cause management was terrible. Can't believe anyone even shops here managers do nothing but talk about unrelated work drama and yell in customers faces and have no respect. I'd rather go to Walmart than shop here and that says alot!

I only grocery shop at ingles As always my store and The Bagger Hunter is an absolute pleasure and sweetheart I was his lunch lady during his elementary school years. He helped me build a gingerbread house for Christmas. So happy to see what a good polite young man he has grown to be , filled my heart Thank you Ingles for all the good you do for our community I do believe Bob Ingles would be proud

Jarlet made a huge customer service error today. While I was placing my two items on the belt, she looks me in the eye and turns off her light, while standing next to her supervisor. She says with a smirk and chuckle, “I can ring you up, I need to help outside”. Even ask twice she refused. It was only after I said, “you don’t want me to leave a review for you Jarlet”, did she say she’d ring me up; however I was already walking away to stand in line another 5 minutes at the other open register. Jarlet and her supervisor need a good customer service training class. I won’t be back here.

Nice clean Ingles store. Well stocked, plenty of checkout lines, self-checkout and regular lines.
Easy access to their gas station.
My biggest problem with this Ingles is the vehicle access. It is off Howard Gap Rd ond Hwy 64, so the traffic can be a bit rough to get in and out.

Self check out stations do not accept cash. Getting a price/scanning issue resolved was a nightmare.
