I recently went in for an oil change, the first one that was not free. The service advisor, Austin, told me I was due for 40,000 mile service, but I only wanted the oil changed that day. His first comment was that I could get the oil changed for less money someplace else. Then proceeded to tell me that only writing up an oil change affected the way he got paid. In other words, he didn't want to just write service for an oil change because he wouldn't make as much money! Needless to say, I left without getting my oil changed and will not be back to Hunter Volvo for anything else again! Need to get your priorities corrected. This is not CUSTOMER service.

We had a great experience purchasing from Hunter Volvo. We worked with Tom Bowkett and he went above and beyond to help us get the Volvo we wanted. He was quick to respond and thorough. It took us a couple of visits due to crazy schedules and he always made time for us. We are very happy with Tom's service and the dealership.

Buying a car at Hunter was BY FAR the best experience that I have ever had when purchasing a car.
Neil was amazing !! When we drove the car, he was able to point out all of the features like he had built it himself. He explained to us that they have a very extensive educational program for Volvos and that was evident. His knowledge, enthusiasm made me excited about the choice that we made. And, he was so personable.
We pay cash for our cars and often times, that process takes longer than if you are financing. I was truly dreading this process as it often takes hours BUT when we were checking out with them, we wrote the check, signed a few papers and then walked out with the keys in about 15-20 minutes.
I love my car and perhaps the experience just as much ! I

I had an excellent experience at Hunter Volvo purchasing our new Volvo XC90 and want to thank and highly recommend the sales team: Niel Hugo, Max Morley and Shawn. A special shout out to Niel, he was so friendly, patient, knowledgeable and intuitive to our needs, questions; the process was smooth and an enjoyable experience! I also highly appreciate Carmelo in the finance team who was excellent, and very supportive. We love our new Volvo, thanks Hunter!

After some dirty volunteer work I found myself near Hunter Volvo. Id been considering getting a hybrid car but hadnt decided which. I was very fortunate that Neil Hugo was on duty that morning. He was non judgemental, informative, knowledgeable and thoughful. No pressure but loads of info! He even helped me fix an annoying phone issue I was having. I couldnt be happier with my new Volvo and experience working with Neil at Hunter Volvo!

I had an excellent experience working with Neil Hugo on my pre-owned vehicle purchase. I flew in from Minnesota and drove back, with everything negotiated over the phone. The entire transaction took just 30 minutes to complete. It was an incredibly smooth and stress-free buying experience. Neil was very professional and explained everything throughout the process. When the starter on my V60 failed and stranded me, the good folks at Hunter Volvo could not have been more helpful. They helped me arrange for a tow, diagnosed the problem, made the repair, and then delivered the car back to me -- all within 24 hrs. And they kept me informed of the progress throughout. Sensational service for which I am very grateful.

I was at Hunter Volvo for an oil change. While I was in the waiting room, Randy Hunter came in. I over hear him tell a sales associate he’s making his rounds. They discover they are short staffed and Randy offers to help the sales associate with anything he needs. You gotta love that in a business. He checked on me as well, to see if I needed anything.

Niel Hugo is your man! He's so kind, warm, and knowledgeable! I already knew I wanted a Volvo but he was so passionate when discussing the safety and the features he could tell I'd use. He takes his time and never makes you feel rushed. All of the staff at Volvo is fantastic, including Shawn the manager. They both worked as hard as possible to make car buying effortless and got us the best possible deal.
