Hunter Subaru scratched my vehicle when I took it in for vent shades to be added to my car. At that time, Hunter Subaru also did their inspections (I did not want or request) and my car was scratched on fenders as they were leaning over doing their inspections. I called Hunter Subaru several times to have it repaired and was told each time that the “paint guys” were not in. I ended up taking it back in to Hunter Subaru as I kept getting the same answer over the phone and they told me they wouldn’t cover the cost to repair my car they had scratched. The lady I had been talking to on the phone told me it wouldn’t take 10 mins. to repair. When I took it in, another lady at Hunter Subaru (won’t name names) was very rude, told me it would cost me over $100 or more and I would have to pay for it. So, no thanks, Hunter Subaru! I wouldn’t advise anyone to take their car in for anything! If they scratch it in any way, forget it, you’ll just be out of luck with Hunter Subaru! Hunter Subaru needs to put down fender protectors every time you lean in to someone’s car!!

Maybe some of you had a good/decent experience with this dealer, that wasn’t the case for me.
Long story short, they promised a car for a price that couple of hours later changed.
I have the txts and emails to prove that these guys are playing games , hoping that customers will follow.
Never dealt with them before and definitely won’t go back !!!

Even though I ultimately didn’t find the right used car at Hunter, Ashley went above and beyond to help me in my search! I have already recommended her to my coworker who is searching for a car. She was great to work with!

This is my second review for Hunter Subaru. Again, I've had excellent service. On 09/05/2024 I brought my 2017 Outback in for an oil change and had the complimentary 52 point inspection. I very much appreciate the video they send you as they check your vehicle so you can see the undercarriage and any problems or parts that need to be serviced or replaced. I saw why I needed new air and cabin filters. In previous dealerships you just had to take their word for it. So thanks Jesus E. for the video. I also want to thank Lazz, Jhon and Chad. Lazz was my service advisor and kept me informed of what needed attention now and in the future. He and Jhon provided info concerning tires that I will need, explaining the different choices I had and giving me printouts. And Chad installed a front license plate holder I just remembered I wanted as I was checking out. These folks are so accommodating, I actually look forward to coming here and knowing I will be leaving with a safe car. And, the waiting area is great. I love the fresh fruit, snacks and coffee. :-)
I went to Hunter Subaru for a routine oil change for my 2017 Outback. While servicing they noticed a nail in the side of one tire. As the tires were still under warranty, my Service Rep Max explained they would provide a new tire. However they discovered Michelin no longer made that model so they would furnish 4 new Michelins. They could have not told me about the nail and I would not have been the wiser as the tire pressure had not yet changed. I am very impressed with their honesty and professionalism and grateful to the manager, Kirk, for approving the new tires. I returned a few days later once the tires arrived and Ed saw that they were put on and the alignment completed, all for free. I have been to Hunter Subaru several times for work on our two Outbacks and everyone has always been courteous and professional. I recommend them highly.

How car buying should be! Gala and her Assistant helped me for weeks to decide which car I actually wanted to invest in. Each time offering useful knowledge from her 25 years of experience at hunter subaru. After taking multiple text drives, I settled on the 2024 Crosstrek wilderness. Could not be happier with the vehicle! Even after the sale, I received check up calls to make I am completely satisfied. They even sent me cookies! ? Nathan in finance provided me with the easiest and quickest paper signing ever! Hunter Subaru has been around forever and if your not buying your next car there, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!?!

I brought my 2014 Impreza in for service because my local mechanic wasn't able to diagnose it. I got a loaner, but it took more than a week and $2500 before they returned the car. I was upset to find that the problem hadn't been fixed at all. It showed up again within 5 minutes of driving time. It took another week before I could bring the car back again, since the service representative Jhon wasn't available until then. However, when I got there at the scheduled appointment time, Jhon was on vacation for a week, and no one knew the past history of the car. They gave me another loaner, and a substitute representative. He never called me or gave me an update. Nothing happened the week that Jhon was gone, and I was again driving a loaner that I really didn't want. I finally found out that the first repair was completely unnecessary--they had diagnosed it wrong. This time, they told me I needed another $1600 set of parts. To be fair, which is why I give two stars instead of one, Jhon was able to get me a small discount. But this time it took two weeks before the car was ready. I am disappointed in this dealership, and am doubtful about buying Subaru again.

The best experience I've ever had when buying a car. From the first phone conversation. Everyone I delt with was outstanding. It started with a phone conversation with Lauren, a follow up call from Harrison, a face to face with Alex helping us choose the right vehicle and finally Tony finishing up with paperwork. Awesome group!

First of all, our salesperson Ashley was top notch, she listened to what I wanted. I came in to this deal knowing what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. She did ask if I wanted to meet with finance, and did I want this package and that package. I told her No. She listened to me and didn’t pressure. She was the first genuine-like car salesperson that I have ever dealt with.
The gentleman that I dealt with in signing papers was another story. I am still waiting on my registration to be cleared with my DMV. I took ownership of this outback on 8-6. It is now 9-1 and I’m riding around with my old tag still registered to my old car. DMV told me I would get my new registration when the dealership finished proper paper work. If I were to get stopped the paperwork of where I purchased the car should cover me.

We went looking for a used car. Michael Perry did an amazing job showing us the car we were interested in. He was patient and very knowledgeable on the vehicle. Even though we didn't give him the sale, he still followed up to give congratulations on our success elsewhere. Would recommend him to anyone who needs a new vehicle.

Every single individual was outgoing, friendly, and very thorough. Michael was a GREAT salesman and extremely attentive to our wants and needs. His sincerity and knowledge led to me finding the perfect vehicle. By far the best dealership I have EVER worked with. Highly recommend making the drive from SC if you want personalized service from a group who puts you first, not the sale.

I wish that I had gotten my car at another dealership. :-(. My initial experience was fine when buying the car but since then its been over a month and Im not able to drive the car due to lack of communication with the title department and getting my materials to the DMV in the out of state city I live in. It had been very hard to get help or get someone involved with my situation who knows what to do. As time has passed its hard to even get someone in the office to pick up the phone. Meanwhile I am paying for a car that I cant use.
I definitely do not feel comfortable recommending this dealership to anyone especially if you don't live in the State. I like my situation is not a priority. As it still has not been resolved. Its a shame, too because I love my car, I just cant drive it with not tags or registration.
This experience has been a nightmare!
