This whole experience was fantastic. Chris was our salesperson and he was awesome! He was so nice and knew the car so well. He wasn't pushy, he knew or found out the answer to all of my questions. David the manager went and found the car color combination we requested. He was also so helpful. We emailed back and forth for 2 days straight. The business manager Keith was very quick with the paperwork and hilarious! He made the whole thing fun. I usually leave car transactions exhausted from pushy, over bearing people and this was the total opposite. Everyone made us feel like they were there to help us. We would 100% buy from them again. I have nothing but good things to say about every single piece of this transaction as well as every person we came in contact with.

Gala is Wonderful!!!! She is very conscientious even after she professionally assists you in making a car purchase. She is a perfect 10 before, during, and after the sale. We appreciate her caring and consistency.

My wife needed a new car (hers was a 2005) and Alex (sales dude), Keith (finance dude) and David (head honcho) were great to work with!! We will definitely buy from this dealership again, no high pressure, patient and they went above and beyond to make us happy!!

Very nice experience, Andy was my sales rep. that worked with me to get a good price on the car I wanted. Andy was very helpful and kept in touch before, during, and most importantly after the sale. Overall a very comfortable experience, and nice facilities, I can't speak for the service dept. as I have not used it yet, but the service dept folks up at the desk were very helpful and answered all my questions. I would say that Andy made it a very easy process and always made sure I had all the info. I needed and answered all my questions...I would recommend Andy for sure, look him up. Oh on a side note the finance dept. was clear and precise and very lovely folks there too :)

Took my Mom here to look for a car. Chris Chappell saw us looking around and introduced himself. He was polite, knowledgeable and considerate of my Mom and her questions / concerns. Suffice it so say she walked away a new car owner. Buying a car can be a real headache but these amazing folks made it fast, easy and without incident. I couldn't recommend them more strongly!

I came to Stefan at Volvo with an almost impossible and difficult situation with my current vehicles to trade on a new Volvo.Stefan worked with Trey for days until they were able to get me into a Beautiful New Volvo that I love! Not only did they work for days on getting my cars traded and into a new Volvo but they kept me constantly updated and listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. The evening we signed papers on the Volvo both Stefan and Trey stayed after hours to complete my deal and to make sure I knew everything about my new Volvo before letting me leave. Stefan went above and beyond and got my IPhone connected to the car, 3months free of Sirius radio, and taught me how all the neat features in the car worked to make sure when I left the lot I could use all of its features safely.I have used Hunter in the past but my experience with Stefan as a salesman was a wonderful experience and was the first “Time” I have not had to deal with from my personal experiences pushy and non- listening car salesman that just puts you into whatever for a sale!If you want a Great Experience buying a car ask for Stefan and Trey!Thank you both so much- I am forever grateful for helping me out of a tough spot!?❤️

Worse service department we've ever encountered.No one EVER returns a phone call. They should NEVER say so an so will call you back in 10 minutes when normal people sit and wait for the return call which is never coming. Unreal.On top of that we left our car for service (tailgate problem )after being told we could wait then told we had to leave overnight...waited 2 days for someone to call us...we call and was told the part needed to be ordered and would take 2-3 weeks for it to come in. SO they held our drivable car leaving us without a car for those 2 days. WHY not immediately call us to come and get it???3 weeks now...so try calling to see if part is in and parts department can't even find that it has been ordered! Plus no one has yet to return our call.

Brandon Ostrander and Thomas Bowkett were exceptional throughout my purchase experience. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle at this location. I did not feel pressure at any time, and they were able to answer all my questions. I received a fair price on my Palisade and a good value for my trade. I love my new Palisade Calligraphy!

My sales person Brandon O. worked very hard to navigate some things during my car buying process. I would also like to say that Micheal L. In the repair shop went above and beyond to work out some things to help with my purchase of a 2017 Hyundai Tucson. My daughter also bought a Hyundai Kona 2 weeks after my purchase here and she had a very good experience also.Good People at this dealership, honestly the best in Asheville!

This is my 4th Hyundai and by far my best experience with a Hyundai dealership.Jiovanni was so helpful, and knowledgeable and made sure that he went over how everything worked before we left.The entire staff was wonderful and worked together to make sure that we were happy before we drove off in our newSanta Fe.The BEST Customer Service by far!

As you can see above by the lack of stars my experience was extremely bad and next, I will explain why. On Saturday, Sept. 30, 2023, my wife, best friend, and I all loaded up and drove to this dealership making it a 5 1/2 hour road trip to pick up my 2023 Genesis G70 You can imagine my initial excitement when I first saw it in person up close after viewing it online for weeks. While I spoke with one of the dealership members outside next to the car my best friend checked the tire treads, brakes, and rotors. It was during his brief inspection he quickly noticed that two of the rotors felt off once he touched them and shouldn't look like that for a newish car with under 20,000 miles on the odometer. I then checked them to see if I felt what he did and clear as day the feel and look were off. We brought it to the dealership member's attention who alerted the sales manager of the concern. The sales manager told us several times that since the car had been sitting for a while that's why it looked and felt that way but if you ride it for a bit the rust should fall off and even out the rotor. Right away that story made no sense to us but we went ahead with the test drive. The car felt nice until I slowed up to around 20-35mph and we all noticed (my wife, best friend, and I) how the car had a bad vibration to it guess what it was on the side that the dealership switched the 2 bad rotors to (drivers side and rear). Once I arrived back at the dealership we alerted the sales manager again that we felt a bad vibration from that side and we believed it was the rotors. He told us the same story and took it for a "test drive" himself. The sales manager came back in like 5-8 minutes and said he didn't feel anything and assured us once again it was just rust that would fall off once I took the car and drove back home. He knew we weren't buying that story and became visibly frustrated and irritated by our genuine concern for not only the purchase I was about to make for my new vehicle but for my safety on the journey back home. After being at the dealership for over 2 1/2 hours he was ready to give up on it altogether but before he did he brought in a mechanic to try and comfort me on the sale and that it's only rust on the rotors and that nothing is wrong with the vehicle. The sales manager now looked at me and said see there's nothing wrong with it now are you ready to sign the paperwork? We still weren't convinced and asked if I could at least get 1000 dollars taken off since those rotors will have to be replaced despite what you are saying and asked if I could get some new wiper blades since they looked like they could be replaced especially since the manager himself said the car had been sitting for awhile and under direct sunlight. That was too much to ask and the sales manager implied it was either a deal or no deal and that he wasn't going to budge on anything. Fast-forward to today Oct. 5, 2023 I took the 2023 Genesis G70 I purchased from the Fletcher, NC dealership to a Hyundai dealership where I am located. Before even inspecting my vehicle I told the mechanic the story that was told to me about the rust falling off and later evening out on its own. The face he made as well as laughter followed up by that doesn't make any sense said it all and reassured me that we weren't crazy. When I had him feel the same rotors that the NC dealership's manager and mechanic brushed off and lied about, he immediately noted that the fact it felt like it did mean it was warped badly and that trying to resurface it wouldn't even fix it. After the full inspection of the vehicle was completed the Genesis g70 that I purchased had an extremely dirty cabin air filter which would need to be replaced, wiper blades that were streaking up the windshield which needs replacement, and ALL rotors were warped which needed replacement and as a result of those being replaced brake pads are suggested to be replaced. Now, I have a vehicle I own not even a week and have a repair/maintenance

Dealership would not honor bumper to bumper warranty. instead of replacing a cut that was on the wiring harness, they said it was due to rodents chewing through the harness. No signs of chewing anywhere else. The cut was very clean. Would seem either due to being crimped when installed and taking time to give or pulled tightly around the corner of the motor mount which rubbed through. Regardless was not rodents as i'm not aware of any rodents that chew in only 1 spot and chew as cleanly as scissors.

The folks at hunters were very friendly knowledgeable helpful and will go the extra mile to get you a deal you're comfortable with I bought a new Hyundai palisade and I love it they worked with me to get my payments where I could afford it and then Andrew went out with me and spent almost 2 hours showing me the features in the settings and all the stuff on this car couldn't ask for better people or being taken better care of I would recommend Hunter Hyundai to anyone looking for a Hyundai

Do not bring your car here. have had our car here for 4 MONTH!!! and have yet to look at. they just keep calling us with excuses after excuse!! ONE DAY ITS 10 cars ahead the next it's 20 cars ahead!! BIGGEST WASTE IF TIME!!!
