I recently had transmission issues with my 2020 Hyundai Venue. Although I did not purchase my car from Hunter Hyundai, my car was towed there since it was the closest dealership to me ( 1 hour and 20 minutes away). Scott Leddy was my Service Advisor and Bobby was the tech that worked on my car. I could not thank Scott enough for how amazing my experience was with Hunter. Bobby also did a fantastic job fixing my car. All issues were fixed under warranty and I never felt pressured to “just trade in my car” or do any additional work just to make a sale. True and honest guys work that service department. Their service department is extremely busy but still made time to get me in and get me my car back within a couple weeks, and also provided me with a loaner car in the meantime. If I’m ever in the market to buy again, I would definitely buy from Hunter Hyundai.

Hyundai USA advertised a lease special on the Palisade SE/SEL FWD which Hunter hyundai had 1 in stock but when I tried to purchase the vehicle I was told that they did not have the vehicle even though the sales person sent me their link to this vehicle. Typical bait and switch scheme.

Vehicle we were trying to buy was sold at auction while we were negotiating with the dealer. Messages were not returned until we had to call two or three times. The GM called and apologized so I upgraded to two stars. According to him since the vehicle was sold the problem could not be corrected.
