1) Your order will likely take 2-3 times longer than quoted2) Beware of the no refund policy. No exceptions no matter the circumstances3) Once furniture is finally delivered necessary precautions are not taken, which resulted in gauged walls and floors at our property.4) After repeated attempts with the sales rep, store manager and assistant manager, no repairs have been made, nor has anyone called us back.We’ve been told the repairs would be handled, but even after providing our builders phone number, High Country reps have not made any effort to remedy the damage caused by the movers.Very disappointing experience and service from a high end furniture store of which the issues have still not been remedied to date.

High Country Furniture has such a great selection of furniture and accessories, and the design staff is super helpful. Debbie helped me pick out the perfect fabric for our 2 new swivel chairs. They were actually delivered earlier than expected and we are very happy with them.

I expected some pretty high pricing.from High Country which turned out not to be the case. The coffee table was delivered on time & in perfect condition. Our sales person Debbie was efficient & knowledge & everything went as planned. 5 star

Really happy with a sofa and 2 chairs bought this week. Theresa worked with me in Waynesville and was knowledgeable, patient and not pushy. Their delivery team - Heath and his coworker - did an outstanding job at my house. Planning to go back for more!

Our experience with High Country was disastrous. Due to the stress involved. My wife and I do not under any circumstances want to deal further with them. These people are untrustworthy and we have no reason to believe any work they do will be done professionally and to our satisfaction.The two sets of drapes made for our house were sewn incorrectly and are also not properly lined. We would have gladly return both sets of these drapes for a satisfactory credit but were not allowed.

I live in Seattle. I stumbled across a specific Bramble Co bar stool online and fell in love with the design. There wasn’t an easy way to order them online from a retailer so I called many stores, near and far. I eventually called High Country Furniture after coming across the stools on their website. I emailed to ask if they could do a custom Bramble order for me to get the color I wanted and the owner of the store got right back to me with a YES! He was helpful, informative and had a “can-do” customer focused attitude all along the way. My Bramble stools are on order and High Country will ship them directly to me. I had such a great experience with this retailer, and was so pleasantly surprised with the high level of customer service that is so easily lost these days. I only wish I lived in NC so I could easily go shop in store!

Excellent assistance in designing a custom table-Once the table was built and paid for High Country delivered the table to a shipper of their choosing and thereafter, they took no interest in following up on the status of our delivery. It has now been approx. six weeks since High Country said they delivered the table to the shipper and still no table

This was our second purchase from High Country and I can honestly say that both experiences were fantastic. In this world of post Covid delays on just about everything, High Country gave us estimated dates that were realistic and accurate. The quality of both the bedroom pieces and the dining table were excellent. There was a slight problem with a blemish in the wood on the headboard and the delivery guy immediately called the store to text them photos. He told us to keep it so we would have a bed to sleep in and they delivered the replacement within the week. Top notch service, fair prices and a great variety of quality products make for a wonderful shopping experience!

I walked in to see what High Country Furniture and Design had to offer in the way of club chairs. Traci was a delight to work with and I walked out of the shop after purchasing exactly what I was looking for and IT WAS IN STOCK!!! The chairs were delivered the next week by two friendly delivery men. I loved my experience so much, I returned a couple of days ago and purchased a side board, end table and lamp from Traci, which will be delivered next week. Traci really spent the time to take me around the store and show me everything they had to offer and was very patient and professional. Definitely recommend High Country to anyone looking for furniture and accessories for their home.

Ordered a chair in August, was told to expect delivery in October. Went into the store early November and was told it would be in by the end of November, called today 12 /28 and was told hopefully by May 2022. Deposit made of $650. Asked to speak to the manager at 1 pm = nothing. Unacceptable.
