Replaced and painted the tailgate and rear bumper on my 2007 F150 King Ranch. Plus I had a mirror I wanted repainted and a cargo light replaced. I had other estimates and chose HBS for they were the most affordable. Sam showed me the quality of their work that impressed me so I chose them and glad I did. I’m extremely happy of the results. Jose, Sam, and Stephanie are great to work with.

Very rude on the phone . I just asked if they replaced auto glass, she said no & hung up on me. Tried calling back & they wouldn't answer the phone. They will not get my business

We had to take our car back 3 different times and the issue is still not fixed. Rear passenger door was damaged. A replacement door was bought at LKQ junkyard. When we came to pick the car up the first time because it was fixed. The paint job was a rushed job and had fish eyes on the paint which happens when you don’t let the clear coat dry or there was dirt and other particles under the paint.Also the drivers side door can not roll the back rear window down. It works fine from the rear passenger side but not on the main control panel. Apparently there was a part that was needed and it was ordered but did not fix the problem. We have now been told it is the drivers door that has the issue.Needless to say will not be using this business in the future.Service: Painting

Good work replacing my bumper. Took a while to get the vehicle in but once I did, they were very quick with the turnaround. There was a little confusion regarding insurance payments but they worked with me to get it sorted out quickly.

A ladder fell off the wall in my garage. I went to Henson Collision in Landrum and the appraiser said it would be around $1000 and referred me to another body shop. That body shop said it would be $1200 and referred me to another one for $800.Finally, I went to Hendersonville Auto and Collision and the quoted me $350-$400. They had it done within a week and it looks like it never happened. Looks better than new. These are sweet, trustworthy, honest and very talented people. I won’t consider going anywhere else with my vehicles. You should only go there as well!!!

Consumer beware !I have seen really good work come out of the shop. I have referred many people to them. But no more. I referred a friend of mine that has been restoring cars from the ground up all his life. My friend has turned out excellent work for all the local dealerships and never had a problem. He takes his own personal car to be painted and assembled what a disaster. In my opinion there was very little work done, and three types of primer. The amount paid was enough to pay for a complete paint job and it was nowhere near ready to paint. In my opinion my friend was extorted to get his parts back.Therefore I will not recommend this business for any work.Service: Body & Trim

I have used this shop multiple times and I have been pleased each time. The first time I went, a tall pickup had turned into my car while I was parked in the lot at the funeral home. The passenger side was creased in varing depths from the front tire well to just behind the back door. When I got my car back, it looked beautiful! I couldn't tell which side had been hit. Now about 6 years later it still looks like the rest of the car. Then I was hit head-on while stopped on a business out-driveway. My front end was pushed back almost to my knees. Again they did an amazing job repairing my car. Each time that I have been there, I have been happy with their work.Ladies, you don't have to worry about being taken advantage of there, either. I'm divorced and I was by myself each time I have dealt with this shop. Everyone has been very polite and respectful. None of the condescending tones that happen at other places.

I had to get my front door, headlight and more replaced after a deer collision, and not only were their repairs great, but Denise was VERY helpful in working with my insurance company that was not cooperating with communications and reimbursements for a while. But she/we persevered, and all is well. The rates seemed in line with the other estimates I'd gotten from area body shops. Sidenote: they took in an abandoned dog and were very sweet with him.Service: Body & Trim

Took car in after being rear ended. They did a beautiful job and the car looked better than before the collision! They are very fair and do their best to keep your cost down. I recommend them highly.
