Fairly sure they practice “unbundling” which is a form of medical billing fraud. Will not be revisiting as we have had pets with some pretty severe medical issues receive treatment at other places we have lived with excellent results for a much more reasonable billed amount. Staff is friendly but the billing practices do not seem trustworthy or even remotely reasonable/competitive in today’s market.

I really don’t know how this place has anything less than 5 stars. The staff were incredible. Even though I was anxious and sleep-deprived, everyone was happy to answer my questions and explain what would be best for my cat who needed an urgent visit thanks to a hematoma today. I had the pleasure of speaking with several staff members, and the compassion, love, and dedication they have for these animals goes above and beyond any other vet I’ve been to. Since making the move to Hendersonville from Tennessee, I have finally found what is definitely going to be my new regular vet. From the bottom of my heart, thank y’all so much for taking such great care of Hana.

Always have a great experience! Friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff. Even when we had to have our dog put down, they provided a peaceful and understanding environment.

Wonderful doctors and staff! I trust them all with my five dogs! The staff promptly greets me and cares so well for each of my dogs. I know they are in great hands when I bring them to Haywood Animal Hospital!

We so appreciate the amazing care that Dr. Jones, Alex, Cynthia and Autumn have given to our cat Belle. All the staff are so very patient with us. Belle has some adventuresome health issues and she receives the best of care from the Haywood Animal Hospital Team. THEY ARE THE BEST!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOU DO FOR BELLE!!!

I am so grateful for Haywood Animal Hospital! First, because they are one of the only place that cares for exotics, truly a rarity in WNC. Also, the hospital itself was clean & bright, we were taken care of right away by the wonderful receptionists & were out of there in under a half hour. Andrea (Vet Tech) was a pleasure, helpful, friendly & very informative. Dr Jones is everything you want in a Vet especially for a parrot (They stress easily but she was handled so well) . Kind, patient & compassionate are a few words to describe Dr Jones & all the staff. I only wish I lived closer to being all my pets there but they will definitely be my go to hospital for my 2 exotics for sure. Thank you for an awesome visit & providing a much needed service for WNC!

They're so patient with our many animals and family members... They get us in quickly. They can even see my bird! All the doctors and vet techs and staff are kind and really good!

We've been trying to find a vet we were comfortable with for years. We were given a suggestion to work with Dr. Jones at Haywood and I couldn't be happier. The techs are friendly and caring and Dr. Jones is the best Vet I've ever taken my fur babies to. He takes time to explain everything they are doing with my cats and dog and why. Every time we visit, (we've had a few emergency visits on top of regular checkups) he is strait forward with the situations we're dealing with while still being caring and laying out all of our options. Thank you Dr. Jones and crew for giving us so much peace of mind!

Love the staff at HAH.They treat our furbabies like babies. They listen completely, show compassion and explain everything in a way its easily understandable. Very professional and affordable.Definitely our go to vet for all of our pet needs and care.
