I came here for a tour because I'm looking for a place to live and I will say that this place is very beautiful and checked off a lot of stuff on my list I think the rent is pretty high but you're paying for where you live and the status but it is a pretty place to live and if you can afford it I would live there the people are very nice and the lady that gave me a tour was awesome. It's location is great. If you have money go take a tour.

Apartments are much smaller than they appear in photos. Ask for square footage before tour.:)

One of a kind property in downtown Hendersonville. All 35 apartments are on one level, no upstairs neighbors :) This 1915 Grey Hosiery Mill was renovated into apartments with history and industrial architecture that highlight the architect's genius. Perfect downtown location: 2 blocks east of historic Main Street, 2 blocks south of historic 7th Avenue district, 1 1/2 blocks from farmers market at historic train depot!

Took a lovely by Terry yesterday. Very knowledgeable of the building’s history. Construction has maintained the historic industrial feel of the grounds! Wonderful all one level and attention to detail. If you desire to live close to downtown Hendersonville this is the place for you!

Wonderful new vintage apartments in walkable downtown Hendersonville. We truly enjoyed our tour of the one level complex with manager Terry. She is professional, informative and dedicated to helping people find their perfect apartment home! I truly recommend this apartment complex and you'll find it so welcoming and comfortable too! Ask for Terry :)
