I had to donate some things after Christmas from my closet clean out. They were helpful to unload my stuff. Afterwards, I browsed through the store and found two new with tag tops. Score! Overall the store was neat and organized and the workers were friendly and helpful. This is for the Goodwill in Marion, NC.

It's okay. Not really much to get excited about and the children's clothes are not sorted. They have an occasional deal but it's mostly junk. Seems like Goodwill is exporting the donations they receive.

Prices are crazy high, especially on mason jars. Can get them cheaper brand new with lids and bands included.

Pulled around the back and dropped off some items. Pushed the button for someone to come out .... Nothing ... finally gave up. Came around and came into store, immediately was attacked by some unclean unshaven dude who was at the register about putting on a mask ( no mask mandate in Henderson County and have been several times this month to GW on 4 seasons with no bullying or requirements there). He physically intimidating me then when I walked out made rude comments. I donate about once a month but that is over until this little man is terminated. Absolutely no reason to physically intimidate people and be a self appointed police officer. Corporate should investigate this location .

DO NOT DONATE ANYTHING TO THIS STORE until the manager is fired. Went to donate some stuff a couple weeks ago and a guy ,who I assume is the manager because nobody challenged him, began taking dishes I gave and threw them into a corner of a wall, shattering them. Then threw everything else at the same corner to break it like he didn't want to process anything.Go find another Goodwill or thriftstore to give to because at this point going here is like taking your stuff to the dump based on the way it's treated.

This Goodwill has a new manager who has culled anything he believes to be valuable and priced it outrageously. He priced a votive candle holder for $20.00 that is neither vintage, nor special (purchased the exact same item at one of the large box stores last year for $4.99). Still some lovely treasures on the shelves, until he decides they’re something special as well. Even if something is old, it doesn’t mean it’s worth much. I think he’s been watching too many YouTube videos. By the way, I shop at thrift stores to dress myself, style my house, and purchase gifts for my family. Most people do not thrift to resell. Things like this are why so many people despise Goodwill.

Goodwill -2111 A Asheville Highway, Hendersonville, NC I recently made a donation and a purchase at this location. There was neither anyone to help me outside with the donation nor any spots or directions to leave things off. When a person did appear, I had to speak to her first as she looked at me and just dismissed me and went back into the building. I, therefore, dropped my donations off on a ledge. I then entered the store and made a purchase, and the gentleman that waited on me was great. However, upon returning two days to return the purchase (a waffle maker that absolutely did NOT work), I was neither greeted upon entering the store by the two women who looked at me and then returned to a conversation they were having and totally ignored me standing at the counter. I then politely asked if there was anyone working upfront, and they mumbled an answer. Shortly thereafter, one of them approached the counter and still did not look or engage with me in any manner. She went directly to the register, and as I was explaining the return and the fact that it did not work, she neither acknowledged me speaking nor commented on the exchange. I asked her how her day was going, and she mumbled a response back to me. When she gave me my money back, I said thank you, and she said nothing! So rude!!! Upon returning home, I briefly shared my encounter with my daughter, and she said - oh my gosh, I don't even go there any longer as the people that work there are so rude!! Except for the kindly, handsome older gentlemen. Don't waste your time. The store's not that great either.
