I broke the stud on my earring that I cant replace and I called and asked if they could fix it. they said no problem at all! Stopped in, 2 minutes and $15 later, I had an earring that was built better than the day I bought it! Also had a nice chat with a woman on the sales floor! Couldn't have asked for a better experience! (Also called about 6 other places. I did the work for you, just go here!)

Went to Rudi to get a custom memorial ring made. Jesse did an excellent job at listening to what I wanted, giving suggestions, helping me adjust the cost for my budget, and creating the perfect piece. Jesse was very kind and saw how badly I wanted the ring made; so he made sure to take care of it quickly and had it done so much faster than I expected. He was even able to fit the entire engraving that I wanted on the inside. His thoughtfulness during this delicate process/time was extremely appreciated and such a blessing. Thank you for all you did!

Rudi does an excellent job at whatever he is asked to do. He is truly a skilled craftsman. I've taken pieces to him before, but most recently, I had him replace the stone in my grandmother's wedding set, which meant a new crown and setting an original diamond with a second one on either side. He made the set come back to life, and that is a precious gift. It represented 60 years of marriage for my grandparents. What a sweet reminder it is to me now!

Great shop in downtown Hendersonville. I've been in to have watches repaired a few times and they are always quick and do a great job. Beautiful jewelry selection as well.

My father necklace broke its a 14 k gold chain I dropped it off and in only a few days it was ready there fast and the price is right. There was a man and women there and they were extremely pleasant and very nice to talk too. I definitely will return in the future!!! Thank you agin

I brought in a necklace to be repaired. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and fair in their pricing. They also recycle broken jewelry as well. Would definitely recommend for your jewelry needs or repairs.

I brought in a family heirloom to be repaired. My grandmother's engraved baby spoon from 1894 had made an unintended trip down the disposal around 60 years ago and was all chewed up. You could still make out the engraving but the rest of the spoon was a mess. The very skilled silversmith has brought it back to life. He fixed the bowl of the spoon so it functions again, and developed a new design for the handle that is absolutely lovely. I am thrilled with what he created, and now it will be a cherished family heirloom again.

Terrific jewelry store, the people were very friendly and Vance the Jeweler was extremely helpful. This store is well worth a visit.
