I moved from Raleigh in the fall of 2017. General Auto was recommended to me by my niece's husband and so lucky to get his recommendation. Appointments have been arranged in a timely manner with service provided while I wait. Professional service...a lot of repeat business!

I had an electrical problem that other shops couldn’t figure out. My neighbor who was born and raised here recommended General Auto Repair. Not only did they immediately diagnose the problem they went above and beyond dealing with my warranty company who began running us around. Bottom line is Brian got my claim approved. They have also done work on my wife’s car at top notch. This is where my car will be repaired going forward!

General Auto Repair is awesome. They did extensive repairs on my 180,000 mile 2015 Toyota Tundra truck. After the work was complete they had me bring the vehicle back two times at no charge to make sure everything was perfect. Great front desk and service staff. I highly recommend.

Car repair is stressful for me.Just having moved here, I relied on reviews to find General Auto.They are pretty terrific, Jeff in particular. They got my car in quickly. The issue was dealt with efficiently, fast, and even economically!! Jeff explained the problem in such a way that I could understand.I highly recommend this business for any car issues you may have. They deal with all makes!

Really great to find a shop to that has the abiility to diagnoss a problem and solve it.
