Just took a delivery of a 2024 F350 platinum. Sales person was Oscar Viva. Oscar took fantastic care of myself during the entire process, even though we are dealing with the leasing company. He still was very committed. I wanted to make sure that Oscar knows that he took care of all issues related to the sale and was extremely happy with how he dealt with everything.
Also like to compliment the entire Parkford operation in Hendersonville, i’ve been dealing with this company for over 10 years and since the change of ownership I have seen him traumatic improvement in all aspects, service, sales, etc. Want to thank everybody for the support in the purchase of my Ford F350. I’ve come to depend on Parks Ford for the periodic servicing of my 2022 Ford Explorer. This is an excellent provider! The friendly,, professional and knowledgeable staff at Parks Ford values their customers’ time. They perform high quality work at very, very reasonable cost. I sense there is no pressure to upsell customers on unneeded repairs or replacements. I trust these people totally.

The service department has gone downhill. There's no reason a scheduled appointment should be told it will take 3, 4 or maybe more hours just to get a diagnosis, then have another appointment scheduled and come to find out the parts weren't even ordered. I'm so glad we got rid of our Ford and bought a Toyota.

UPDATE: Ever since I bought my car from here 03/24, I kept getting the check engine light on, and at first it was a minor sensor issue which was fixed but the light keeps coming on and off about the same issue! A month later my car started to turn rough on the turns and grind/vibrate. Turns out there is a differential problem which when took to mechanic, they said there were metal fragments in the fluid and that a major wear and tear has been for a good amount of time! I’m convinced THAT I GOT A “LEMON” Car! So very DISAPPOINTED! Now i need a major repair!!!
Make sure when you are buying a car to bring a really good car scanner and a car mechanic!!!!

Just be carful that you know what they are working on and what you are paying for. Just brought my grandpas truck in for him for a recall appointment. When I left it I didn’t ask for anything else and wasn’t asked by the service department if they could do anything else. When I come to pick it up, I’m asked to pay $30 for a state emission test?!
A. That was never agreed to.
B. Henderson county no longer requires emissions testing.
C. The tag is not due till June of 2025!!!
When I started questioning this, the guy got squirrelly and started to say if it would be a problem I wouldn’t have to pay. I did not pay.
Just be aware. Overall service was fine. That’s what the extra star is for.
