Saw a video of people calling the cops on others because the music was in Spanish, after they had paid, the complainer then disconnected their speaker and took off with it.

Bad customer service, the owner has a condescending attitude towards any other ethnic groups. I would strongly suggest to look for other alternatives before coming to this place.

My father and I joined together. He's blind and there were cables and wires all over the floor. It made it really hard for my dad. The woman who showed us around could have been nice and helped us but she didn't. My dad wanted a rowing machine which they don't have. She could have showed us other equipment but she didn't. Very rude. Plus a big plus. We couldn't figure out the door to get out. That should have been showed as well.

One of the worst gyms in Henderson County even Planet Fitness is a better gym. Paid my membership for months; cleaned up after myself and was respectful to people and the equipment. Out of the blue the owner acuses me and my partner of keying a car and vandalizing bathrooms with no standing or evidence of us doing anything; throws us out and was absolutely unprofessional about it. Could not provide anyone who complained or proof that we caused any damage. Terrible owner lackluster gym and horrible atmosphere. Absolutely would not recommend for any serious lifter. Now she is responding to reviews making threats and claiming publicly that we keyed a car and cost them 600 dollars, which is completely false and has no evidence or grounds for the accusations and makes herself look like a fool as she replies to these reviews and chases other gym owners down to lie to them about the "messes we caused and money we cost them".

Very unprofessional. Owner acts snarky and rude and is almost never there. She kicks paying customers out of the gym and doesn't even refund the money. This is not a good environment to better yourself mentally and physically. Would not recommend going here at all. Strong hand is way better!!

I was looking into this gym, but after seeing how the owner is responding to messages, that alone should show everyone how unprofessional this business is. Owner can't argue that one. The proof is in his replies. I'll try somewhere else.
