Spoke to the operator to ask questions and before I could finish she interrupted me told me no was EXTREMELY RUDE and disrespectful and hung up while I was mid sentence. For a practice to say have a blessed day their operator doesn’t have one nice bone in her body. I would say go here but you won’t be able to.

Staff was friendly and nice . Dr Faust seemed to care and tune in . Frustrating dealing with the VA to approve any of DR Faust's referral's. Staff was nice and friendly.

What a wonderful new patient experience. Dr Faust spent the time to answer all my questions, and helped me to really understand my test results and my health issues. (I'm one of those people that wants to understand everything ;-) ) The office staff is also wonderful.

Dr. Sim was WONDERFUL. My husband doesn't usually go to the doctors but we had a health concern we needed to tend to and needed to get established with a primary care doctor. Dr. Sim was very thorough, asked a lot of pertinent questions, and gave a thoughtful and attentive exam. He was in line with our health goals to stay off prescriptions if at all possible and was veryencouraging and kind. Highly recommend if you're needing a kind and knowledgeable physician.

Was going to be a brand new patient for Rachel Mathis, had an 8:30am appt on 2/20/2023. Showed up with all of my paperwork already filled out, insurance card ready to go. The so-called receptionist took my paperwork and had me take a seat and said I'd be called. I sat for 40 minutes while a handful of other people with later appointments came in and got called. Finally I went up to ask the woman how much longer I had to wait, and apparently I was NEVER checked in. I was already taking time out of my work day to come to this office because of the reviews, drove 37 minutes to be here, and then the best they could do was a 10am appointment. I told them I'd find somewhere else to take my business. Ridiculous.

I've been pleased with the entire staff . My PCP is Todd Neal. I have the utmost confidence in his skills and abilities. He is also very compassionate and listens to what you have to say. I really cannot say enough about the care I have experienced.

Steven Crane, DO NOT, see this so-called doctor. Is patient so-called bedside manner is pure trash. If you are in the worst pain of your life with two blood clots in your leg and mention something to get some relief from the pain, he will just stick his nose up in the air, and walk out of the room without saying a word. A complete disgrace, to all true doctors out there that actually help their patients get out of pain, and HE, stand by the hypocritical oath.I know there's one female doctor there that actually cares about patients. Don't remember her name. But as far as crane, he doesn't deserve to be a doctor.

I love this place! My questions are always answered promptly, if I need to be seen that day someone in the practice will always see me, and the quality of care I have received from Martha Todd is unbeatable! I have no complaints at all.

Visited with William T. Neel, and had a horrible appointment. I was called at Place of employment by his staff, ontop of calling my cell phone. I called back 3 times in 7-hours, and he calls me directly to point out that “he is right and everyone else is wrong.” When I pointed out that “hurt my feelings,” he did not apologize but made heavy and ridiculous accusations to point out that again “he is right and I was wrong” to ask for an apolgy. He reinforced that the medical field have closed, cold, hearts. What human can not say “I’m sorry?”

I was a patient there for almost two years, the most unprofessional run Doctors office , I've ever seen, everything I walked in there with I walked out with, not did they never help, they ruined my meds that highly rated doctors spent years perfecting for me, and they did it with a can whos not even a doctor. Want to live longer? Don't go there.
